I'm a Lancashire based wedding photographer, but I cover the UK and beyond. Since the age of 4 I have rarely been without a camera, and still have one of my first film SLRs! I love to capture candid moments as they make the most natural (and often fun) photos. I also love for people to feel the emotion in a photo, so that it transports them back to their wedding when they look back later. My passion for photography stemmed from a love of landscapes, and taking this into my wedding photography, I still use mostly natural light. But I will also have plenty of lighting with me for those times the light goes, or for the more creative shots!

My approach...

I have never been able to pigeon-hole myself in photography, so I shoot a mix of traditional and documentary styles. I'm happy to move about silently like a ninja with a camera (or 2), or get more upfront if that's your kind of thing! I will always make the poses as relaxed as possible, and the candid shots will capture moments that you would otherwise miss. After all - your guests are having a great time too!

When it comes to processing your images, I aim for a timeless and classy look, whilst ensuring the people and emotions take centre stage.
