Jon recently captured our wedding at Tudor Barn, Eltham. From my initial conversation with him and through to receiving our pictures he was extremely professional. Jon was also responsive, checked in with us throughout the period from booking until the big day and followed our "brief: perfectly. We had wanted someone who would capture our day without being intrusive and taking us away from the wedding for hours of staged photos. Jon did exactly that. He wasn't demanding but captured the day perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

So delighted that we chose Jon to take the photos of our wedding day. From his initial email contact he was friendly & professional. He absolutely hit the nail on the head to deliver an informal record of our wedding day held at a heritage railway station complete with steam trains & all things vintage - including the bride & groom!! With his friendly manner he was able to organise guests for group shots but also ‘be invisible’ to get some great individual pictures of us and our guests as well as some lovely quirky snapshots. Jon is a fantastic photographer - his photos are wonderful and he’s really captured the magic of the day. He made us feel so comfortable and so often we just forgot he was there - enabling us to enjoy our day, have great memories of it but without feeling like we were doing a photoshoot. We didn’t want lots of specific shots so we really just let him get on with it and he went above and beyond to get so many amazing photos - running around everywhere and being really flexible when we ran over time. We are absolutely blown away by the precious memories captured by Jon. Our wedding was captured naturally and perfectly from start to finish. Jon, well half of the time you wouldn’t know he was there! Moments usually missed. From family and friends greeting each other, special hugs and smiles. Perfect moments between me and my husband. At the end of last year, we came up with the idea to surprise our family in March by pretending to take them out into London for my 30th birthday celebrations, but we were actually getting married. We didn't have long to plan the wedding, but one crucial part for us, was to have someone photograph the day.
We contacted a few photographers, but none of them felt right for us and the style of wedding we wanted - and then we found Jon!
We had a video call with Jon, and explained the sort of wedding we were having and he seemed super excited and was coming up with lots of ideas on how he could even "pap" our families reactions when we told them we were getting married.
Jon was super flexible on all our arrangements and completely went with the flow of our non-traditional wedding.
Both of us absolutely hate having our photos taken, but Jon made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera.
We have so many amazing photos from our wedding, and we feel so lucky to have had Jon there to photograph so many amazing memories, that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
