I reached out to Mark in August 2024 in the leadup to my wedding in the following year of June 2025. Firstly, Mark was very responsive in getting back to me after reaching out to him through Hitched. Mark and I initially had a professional meeting just under a year before the wedding, where we sat down to discuss what it was that I was looking for on the day, including the style of photography. As well as this, being new to the process, Mark asked me some great questions around finer practical details on the day itself and advised timings for the photos, based on his past experiences with weddings photography. Mark was very knowledgeable and so I felt I could trust his judgment on how long to time events for on the day for the photos. Over the months running up to the to the wedding we fine tuned all the details for the day to ensure the day went smoothly and everything I had wanted photo - wise was included to capture the moments we wanted. Mark was a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, down to earth and friendly. He was always punctual for our meetings and arrived early as planned on the day of the weddings itself. Mark did a great job with getting our guests ready for the photos. He injected photos with fun and laughter to bring them alive and add character to them, especially with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. He was also patient when it came to larger group photos with took more time. Mark was also flexible with being able to stay longer on the day as the timing of our speeches changed slightly. I was very grateful for Mark being able to do so. Several months after the wedding, I reached out to Mark again as I wanted a photo album to curate something special that was physically to hand, to capture our favourite memories of the day, for us to look back at and share with our family and friends. Again, Mark’s attention to detail came into fruition over the couple of months, when we carefully planned the finer details I wanted within the album, including the type of finish of the pages, the layout of the photos and the finishes of the book itself. Mark has high standards and is passionate about his work as he wanted to deliver something special for my husband and I. We received our album earlier this month. When we sat down to enjoy looking through it, it brought real joy and smiles to our faces taking us back to the amazing day itself, where we had so much fun! We were able to capture amazing memories that we now have for a lifetime. Thank you, Mark, for all of your time, patience, professionalism, attention to detail and fantastic photography. You have been great to work with. I would recommend Mark for your special day; he is a fantastic photographer!
