Mark was a pleasure to deal with. he was really flexible where we needed it (e.g. we added some extra time onto his standard micropackage, we made a late decision to start earlier to get photos before the wedding) but also really good at recommending what would and wouldn't work within the time, practical considerations etc, so we and our guests weren't rushed. On the day he was punctual and organised. We had a small wedding, just 10 guests, and he knew all our guest's names and made them feel at ease. We hate getting our photo taken and were dreading the photos, but he made it feel very natural. He guided us when needed, gave us ideas, but also let us create our own moments that were authentically 'us'. And actually getting the photos taken turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. We had some unplanned diversions on route to the reception but he was completely relaxed and captured some great, informal moments. Thanks Mark, we love our photos and helping us capture the day. We contacted Mark for his but in the end we added on some extra time which Mark was super flexible about
