I have recently switched from full time wedding photoggrapher to part time, to be able to persue other passions in my life. But to keep this exciting and beautiful oast time going I am now offering only mini weddings. If you don't want to have every second of your day photographed or don't want to spend an eye watering amount on your photography and just want some highlights for just a few hours and I'm your lady.

The style of photography I shoot in is documentary, creative and natural. Of course I will shoot the all important family groups shots, but my priority is creating really beautiful natural images of the whole day, reflecting the mood, the moments, tears and laughter and all the bits in between.

I graduated in photography two decades ago, during the era when film photography prevailed. My education, rooted in analog techniques, fostered a deep appreciation for the tactile nature of developing film and images by hand – the sensory experience of the chemicals, and the meticulous focus on the content of each image. This foundation proved invaluable as the field of photography underwent significant transformations.

After studying film, I then mastered digital photography and continued to do freelance work, varying projects such as family session, festivals, art projects and corporate portraits, amongst others. I started wedding photography around 10 years ago and I still get overwhelmed by being invited into such a special and intimate day and I do my upmost to honour that by working really hard to not miss anything and to capture the essence of your day and what that means to you.

I am a part time therapist too, this means that I understand people, how they work and how to blend in to make them and their family feel comfortable. Having this skill really helps when it comes to having your photographs taken, a lot of people feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, so I like to meet up before hand, do some test shots and we can get to know each other so you know what to expect on the day, this always helps. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, whilst knowing when to get the right image and making sure nothing gets missed and ensure each image is edited to perfection. I have been told that I'm an intuitive, instinctive photogrpaher that seems to always be in the right place at the right time.
