Hadwin Events is a photobooth company based out of Aintree, Liverpool, Merseyside. Owner Rachael first set eyes on a Magic Mirror Photobooth at a friend’s wedding in 2018. She loved it so much that she booked one for her own the following year. In October 2021, she launched the company with the aim of providing a more personalised and unique experience.

Our aim is to have fun with you and your guests whilst capturing memories. We specialise in weddings but we also cover other occasions. In July 2023 we launched our Circle Selfie Mirror Photobooth. In November 2024 we launched our Audio Guestbook. In February 2025 we launched our Heart Selfie Mirror.

Hadwin Events can provide a Heart Selfie Mirror, a Circle Selfie Mirror, a Magic Mirror Photobooth, an Audio Guestbook and a Sweet Ferris Wheel.

Our Heart and Circle Selfie Mirror Photobooths are fully digital, you can create photo, videos, gifs and boomerangs then receive them by text, email or QR code to your phone. After your event we will send you the link to view the whole gallery and send you a USB in the post. Pricing starts from £270 in the Liverpool area and from £290 in the surrounding areas. We set up and collect the Selfie Mirror at an agreed time giving you hours of fun. This is a great option for people who have a smaller venue and want the photobooth for longer. You can now add after the event printing to your package.

The Magic Mirror has a rustic design with its gold frame with vinyl sides. The photobooth is interactive with different animations and has an onscreen guest book section so you can write a message or add an emoji to your photo every time which is a huge hit with guests. We alter the on screen photo frame and text to suit your event/colour scheme. The photo booth will be fully attended/operated with 2 staff, so all you need to do is strike a pose and enjoy the day. We are here to instruct, interact and have fun your guests whilst getting some amazing photos. A personalised keepsake box is included as part of the packages which includes copies of the photos and a USB. From £350 in the Liverpool area/from £400 in the surrounding areas.
