Wildflower Wedding Nanny is a wedding childcare service based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Covering Southern Scotland, Scottish Borders, Dumfries & Galloway Yorkshire Carlisle

6 hour minimum booking policy

£30 per hour for up to 2 children

£50 per hour for 2 - 4 children

£75 per hour for 4- 6 children

For larger groups of children please ask for a quote

Travel cost will be applied at time of booking if out of our 50 mile radius from Edinburgh

Best decision we made for our special day

What can I say, Angeline had a knack. Not only was she kind, intuitive and responsive to our needs she was flexible and extremely helpful. I sincerely think her efforts made the entire day run smoothly and I don't think I could have done it without her. We have a 4 month old who is EBM fed, contact napping, refusing the stroller and car seat and highly attached to mum (no easy case). Angeline took all that in her stride and reassured me about it, texting before and after the event to help. She actually gave pointers that got the baby to (from then on).tolerate the car seat and sleeping in the bassinet. I was literally gobsmacked. I wish she lived near us, our baby loved her. What a pro.

This company have high standards and stand apart from the rest.

We engaged The Wildflower Nanny to care for my clients’ daughter during their wedding at a prestigious venue in Kendal, and I could not have been more impressed. From the outset, Angeline instinctively understood what was required. She moved gracefully in and out of the day as needed—ever-present when called upon, yet seamlessly blending into the background to allow the celebration to unfold naturally.

Her communication was excellent, and the children’s activity area she created was of an exceptionally high standard—thoughtfully designed, beautifully presented, and wonderfully engaging. When an additional child was unexpectedly entrusted to her care, Angeline handled the situation with warmth and professionalism, accommodating Harriet with ease and adjusting arrangements swiftly and fairly.

It is abundantly clear that Angeline is not only experienced but entirely at home in high-profile settings. Her quiet discretion, coupled with genuine kindness, made her presence invaluable. We were truly grateful to have her expertise and care on such a significant occasion.

Do not miss the chance to book this company!

We feel so grateful to have had Wildflower Nanny at our wedding in the Lake District last week. From the very first message, Angeline’s communication was so reassuring, and on the day her lovely team, Lexi and Maggie, were just incredible. They cared for six children with such kindness and calmness, keeping them happily entertained with beautiful toys and thoughtful activities.

All three ladies were professional yet wonderfully warm, and their genuine smiles and gentle personalities made such a difference. The children adored them, and we could completely relax knowing they were in the very best hands.

We did look at other less expensive companies, but Wildflower Nanny truly stood apart. Their experience, high standards, and caring approach made them everything we were hoping for—and more. They delivered not just a service, but a sense of trust and ease that made our day even more special.

Incredible service from start to finish

The ladies cared for 5 children at Auchen Castle last weekend. Polished communication from start to finish. The quality is of high standard and worth the money. We shopped around and Wildflower Wedding Nannies are the top end of the budget scale but the girls worked hard for 14 hours and the children were exceptionally cared for in a kind, nurturing and warm way. Beautiful set up too!

Could not have done it without them

I just want to say that Angeline and Alexis where outstanding at our wedding. We had 4 small children and they provided a full day childcare service for us. The children were occupied throughout the day and could come and go to the play space when they wanted. The ladies rescued them from the speeches (that were going on for quite a bit!) and sat with them supervising the meals. A very easy going service and highly professional. We paid £50 per hour which was worth every penny.

Exceeded our expectations

We booked the ladies back in May through a friend recommendation this year and would love to review them here!

We totally believe our day went great thanks to Angeline and Alexis being there. We were relaxed knowing that having wedding nannies taking care of the children meant the adults could enjoy the day. Both very discreet with polite and warm personalities. The children loved them and the play space was age appropriate, spotless and of exceptional quality. Their happy vibes definitely rubbed off. The children were taken up to bed and the nannies stayed with them until the wedding finished.

They are a little bit more expensive than some other companies out there however we believe you get what you pay for. Definitely worth every penny and they love their job and come with a wealth of experience.

Wildflower Wedding Nanny was an absolute last minute lifesaver at our event! They seamlessly cared for six energetic children, ensuring they were happy, safe, and entertained throughout the day. The staff are incredibly professional, kind, and completely unflappable—even in the midst of the usual wedding chaos.

Their calm demeanor and expertise gave us complete peace of mind, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the celebration without a single worry. The children absolutely adored them, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend Wildflower Wedding Nanny for any event—worth every penny! We booked last minute for our wedding in Carlisle and Angeline travelled from Glasgow and Lexi from Yorkshire. They were Punctual, communication was fantastic and the space they created was second to none. Book them!

Exceptional

The Wildflower Nanny and her team provided us with an exceptional service from the word go. The package choice is kept simple and not confusing with add ons. We chose the small package as there were only 4 children attending from 5 weeks old to 5 years old. The ladies are both highly experienced, with Angeline also being a Qualified maternity nurse providing professional Newborn Care for the baby. Their bespoke crèche was stunning. It is evident the care, expense and planning that has went into their set up. Extremely happy and highly recommend. The ladies are friendly, well presented and have excellent customer service. Our guests were commenting on their professionalism all day. The full day package for 2 Nannies from 12pm to 12am is £600 and worth every penny.
