Sammy was incredible!!
When planning our wedding we realised we just wouldn’t enjoy it if we knew our toddler was unsettled and running riot round our venue.

We booked Sammy and from the get-go she was incredible! She was so calm and laid-back with our crazy little one year-old (almost 2). She spent the whole day following him around and making sure he was happy and settled which gave us peace of mind to enjoy our special day knowing he was being so well looked after.

Halfway through the day after dinner, he even started smiling when she came to collect him, as if she had become his friend and he looked forward to seeing her face and got to have another play with her - which speaks volumes!

I would definitely recommend Sammy for anyone’s wedding who is worried about their small child.

Weddings aren’t the greatest for little people, but knowing he was having a lovely day and kept fed, watered, clean and happy just made our day 👌🏻

Sammy looked after our children aged 3,2 & 11 month old all day and throughout the night till morning. Nothing was too much for her and the kids loved her she was amazing made our day a lot easier having an extra pair of hands!!

Sammy was a fantastic wedding sitter for our recent wedding. She had a great rapport with the children (aged 7, 5 and 4) instantly and was able to just blend into the background and be available when needed. Sammy and her partner were amazing at our wedding. They were looking after our 5 year old son and our 6 other nieces and nephews. I couldn’t recommend them enough, it truly was one of the best decisions we made to have her support during the food and night do. Myself and my husband were at complete ease knowing the kids were looked after safe and entertained as did our siblings. Everyone commented how brilliant they were with each of the kids. True child whisperers and we can’t thank them enough!

Sammy was absolutely amazing from start to finish, I felt so comfortable leaving my children 3 & 6 months with her for the day, they could still interact with us whenever they wanted to but sammy was there to help out when it all got a bit much for them and they needed some quiet time.
I’d say this was the best decision we made! 100% worth it to make your day run smoothly if you have little ones and it takes the stress away panicking about them, she is a real life Angel! Xx

We didn’t even know wedding sitters existed until my friend mentioned it. I searched on Hitched and found a few to enquire with and soon realised that this was something we absolutely needed as Nana would potentially miss key parts our day.

We chose Sammy due to her experience and brilliant reviews and it was the best decision we made. Our little boy isn’t the easiest to deal and but Sammy’s SEN experience definitely shone through.

Prior to booking, Sammy was prompt at replying, answering any questions we had and putting our minds at ease. We had a video call and she came to meet us nearer the wedding day to get to know us. Sammy listened to his needs, quirks and routine and made sure she stuck to his routine on the day while still allowing him to be part of the wedding. She blended in to the background and knew when to step in before he became overwhelmed. She even ensured he was dressed prior to the ceremony!

She stayed over at the venue, caring for him overnight and handed him over to Nana at the agreed time the next day. I got a full handover from Sammy to say how he had been overnight and she even packed away his travel cot and belongings.

She definitely went above and beyond. we can’t thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy our day knowing that our son was being cared for while still being a part of the celebrations.

Sammy offered an invaluable service to us looking after our little boy and nephews on our wedding day. She kept our nearly 2 year old entertained all day and took the worry of any tantrums at bay. Sammy is such a lovely lady and has been extremely professional on the run up to the day. She provided an area of toys for the children to play with, played, settled and put our little boy to bed at night. Absolutely wonderful, thank you so much!

I would 1000% recommend Sammy she was incredible and her service was the best money we spent on our special day. It was so reassuring that our little boy was well looked after and it meant that all our guests and family could be in the moment to celebrate.

Sammy was such a good choice as our wedding sitter. We had family who had offered to look after our son and nephew but we wanted everyone to enjoy and relax - Sammy allowed everyone to be able to do that and not have to worry about the kids and making sure they were entertained and safe. We had a pre-wedding call and discussed what we wanted and she was simply amazing. For what she did for us, well worth it. I cannot thank her enough X thanks again Sammy. Absolutely fantastic!

We booked Sammy and Beth in to give 1 to 1 care on our wedding day. They met with the children prior and even though they’re generally clingy they went to them instantly. They arrived pre ceremony and kept them entertained whilst we were in hair and makeup. Manoeuvring them for photos where needed and keeping them entertained in between. They had set up kids corner and they had a much better time than they would if we hadn’t booked them. The feeling of being completely stress free regarding their care on the big day was priceless. No worrying who had them, if they needed a nappy change or a snack, they were aware of the routine and handled everything by brilliantly!!

Although we only had two children at our wedding, we wanted to be able to keep them entertained and let the adults let their hair down. Sammy was perfect, making sure they were available for photos when needed. She brought lots of games and crafts and was amazing with the kids. We met beforehand which was very helpful too. Knowing you’ve got someone you can trust is so important and we’d definitely recommend Sammy to couples looking for a wedding sitter!

I don't even know where to start when talking about our experience with Sammy. We had our 14 week old at our wedding and I can honestly say it could not have been made any easier than Sammy made it with her help. In the build up to the wedding, Sammy was in regular contact with my husband and I, checking in with us, asking for updates on our little girl and learning her routine. Sammy met our little girl before the wedding and safe to say, Ava was very much at ease with Sammy. On the day, Sammy helped in every single way possible. She was always on hand when things were a little too much for Ava and she needed a little quiet time or a sleep. Sammy settled Ava for the evening in our room and stayed with her until the wedding had finished. Ava was so happy with Sammy all day and all of our friends and family have not stopped talking about how amazing Sammy was. I would recommend Sammy's services to absolutely anyone, she was beyond amazing. Thank you so much Sammy!

I can't recommend this lady enough! From the moment we found her she made the effort to call us several times to get to know our little boy ahead of our big day. He felt so comfortable around her and ensured he was well looked after whilst still enjoying the wedding day.
