What is included in the wedding package?
DJ service: Full PA setup, speakers, lighting, smoke machine, karaoke on request.
Vocalists: equal to DJ, less karaoke.
Photomirror: booth, props, backdrop, prints, photo guestbook, digital links
How far in advance should I contact you?
3 months, or longer, however i can take last minute cancellation requests, dependant on calendar availability

18 years in event management and performing across all sorts of venues and event types from pub karaoke to grand ballroom and castles
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, if outside, venue are to provide adequate power such as generator.
Minimum of 2 sockets indoors or outdoors required to run own power from
Can you travel?
Yes, north Yorkshire by default, further afield is also possible, upto 250 miles (further yet after discussion)
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, 40p per mile each way. First 50 miles each way are included in booking costs
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
What is the length of time of the act?
Dependant on client requirements, however a typical event is usually 5 hours from 7 to midnight
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
For vocals or DJ 60 mins to load in and set up.
Photomirror 30/45 mins to load in and set up.
Packaged services 90 mins to load in and set up both
Do you do open-air acts?
Yes
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per hour
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?
Yes
How do you charge extra time?
Discussion with client to agree cost per hour for additional hours. Dependant on which services are booked, the rates will differ
What are the forms of payment?
Direct transfer
Square card machine
Cash by exception
50% deposit required at point of booking. Deposit remains fully refundable upto 14 days prior to event, 100% refundable if we have to cancel

The Williams' Halloween Wedding
Tony provided full DJ and compare services for our wedding this past weekend and he was great. He was quick to respond on the run up to the wedding and was fully involved on the night giving everyone a chance to get their songs played and being really flexible with off the cuff announcements etc. He even sang our first dance song which was a really nice personal touch and he encouraged everyone to get up and join us. Would highly recommend Tony and his services for weddings and other large events.
