Penny, known as The Background Singer, provides elegant live vocals for weddings across Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.

Performing a carefully selected repertoire of jazz, swing and timeless standards to high-quality backing tracks, Penny creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere while guests arrive, mingle or dine. Her unobtrusive style is ideal for drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts and intimate celebrations—adding a memorable musical moment without interrupting the natural flow of the occasion.

Couples can choose from The Signature Set, featuring one beautifully paced 40-minute performance, or The Extended Set, featuring two 40-minute sets for those who would like live music across a longer part of their day.

Penny performs through a professional Bose L1 PA system. All electrical equipment is PAT tested, and she holds Public Liability Insurance as a member of the Musicians’ Union, allowing couples and venues to book with confidence.
