What is included in the wedding package?
A variety Packages available to meet your requirements, from the ceremony, to the drinks reception, Wedding breakfast to the evening party. Single elements or a mix; your day your way!
How far in advance should I contact you?
The sooner you get in touch the higher chance we have of securing the date. I do have a few dates left for this year but they are filling up fast. My diary is open for 2026 and 2027

I can offer a range of styles from mainstream popular music, acoustic-style tracks, relaxed jazz/swing, to your Disco and Dance upbeat party tunes. Musical Theatre and Classical can also be requested
Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Absolutely. It is really important to me that you have the songs you love. I love learning new requests and have incorporated in the cost learning a 2-3 new songs. Additional songs at an extra cost
What's your experience?
I have been singing for a number of years now and have performed at a variety of events and weddings. Originally, I trained as a classical singer, but now offer a wide range of musical styles
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, up to a 50 mile radius generally but all requests will be considered
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, the first 30 miles (round trip) is provided free. Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
What is the length of time of the act?
The package you choose will dictate the length of time I sing. My 'I Do' (ceremony) package, includes up to about an hour of singing in total, whereas the full package 4 hrs spread across the day
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
We will need some time to chat through your thoughts/ideas regarding the event and I will also need time to learn a song if it's new
Do you do open-air acts?
Yes
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per event
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?
No
How do you charge extra time?
I do have to consider extra charges for prolonged stays or 'hanging around' at events, plus any extra performances. Please do get in touch to discuss
What are the forms of payment?
A 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking with the rest payable (cash or bank transfer) on the day

Wedding for Daughter
I asked Helen to sing at my daughters wedding recently and wow she was incredible. As we was trying to keep cost down we decided to have our daughters reception at home in the back garden. This obviously gave all some challenges as it was October and we all know weather can be unpredictable. Helen kept us all in touch with how the session would play out and how she would like to see it giving the best impact for the occasion. We discussed over several messages about the playlist and she helped us with timings and structure for the afternoon/evening.
Nothing was a problem at all and when asked to sing something that she hadn't done before she was confident and went away to practise and advised us as soon as possible if it worked for her, which fortunately it did.
Everyone loved the day and all gave a very positive feedback to Helen and complimented her on her performance on the day.
Her rapport with our family and friends fed into the atmosphere and all complimented how beautiful her singing was and how well it fitted into the simplicity of the day.
