I contacted Joel very late in the day as I had arranged a Christmas wedding at short notice. He was amazing and really helpful and flexible. As for his performance I can’t really find the words to explain how amazing and talented he is. His presence and music made my day and my guests were blown away and so complimentary. My only regret is that he had to stop playing and leave at some point ! A super chill, great guy that is just the most talented violinist and performer !!!! I need to plan another event of some kind just to have an excuse to book him again - wedding re-do next year was my suggestion to the hubby 😂 -

I have been a fan of Joel’s musical performances, compositions and arrangements for around 15 years. When it came to planning our wedding, there was absolutely no question of who we needed to perform. I couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle to his beautiful original composition. Joel set the tone for the entire day, from the intimate lake-side ceremony set, to the upbeat pop covers at our sunny courtyard reception, he was phenomenal. Joel helped to plan the song selections to match the flow of the day and he was prompt, professional and respectful. Guests still ask who the ‘amazing violinist was’ and although I would love to keep it as our secret, Joel deserves the recognition for his outstanding talent, creative flair and attention to detail. Joel was absolutely amazing! From guest arrival to the ceremony and reception drinks, he created a magical and timeless atmosphere that perfectly suited our wedding. His playing was both calming and joyful, setting the tone beautifully and adding an extra layer of elegance to every moment. I first saw Joel many years ago busking in Cambridge and have been a huge fan of his style of music/performance ever since. Recently, he performed at our wedding, and we were absolutely blown away - as were our guests!
From my initial enquiry through to the day itself, Joel’s communication was prompt, clear, and professional. He is not only incredibly talented but also warm and approachable. We especially loved the wide selection of songs he offered - a great mix of modern and classic choices.
Our ceremony was made even more special and memorable thanks to Joel’s performance. So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing he was! If I could give 10 stars I would, and I wholeheartedly recommend Joel to anyone.
Joel, thank you again for playing such a meaningful part in our day. Your performance helped make it even more magical and unforgettable. -

From the moment we saw clips of Joel playing Violin, we knew we wanted him for our big day. Joel was so lovely and made the effort to come all the way from York to our wedding in Bicester! The music really added to our special day and everything about it was so beautiful. Thank you Joel!!! -

I have to say Joel was the vendor I was most excited about when I booked him for my wedding in May and he didn't disappoint. We have had multiple guests mention to us how amazing and talented he was, and how much they enjoyed listening to him play during the drinks reception. I don't think I will ever forget hearing the sound of him playing just before walking down the aisle, it is a special moment that will replay in my head for a very long time.
As others have said, the only regret I have is that I didn't have much time to listen to him myself on my wedding day (due to being taken for photos etc), I wish I could have been a guest at my own wedding. I just hope we get invited to another wedding where Joel is playing!!
