Louisa Kate Sings – Wedding Vocalist | Swindon, Wiltshire & South West

Louisa is a professional wedding and events vocalist with a 1st-class vocal degree and years of experience bringing love stories to life through music. Based in Wiltshire, she performs across Gloucestershire, Bristol, and the South West – and is happy to travel to make your day unforgettable.

Her style spans romantic ballads, contemporary covers, musical theatre, jazz, and Disney favourites, with a passion for learning songs that are special to each couple. Louisa’s aim is to create a magical soundtrack that complements every moment, from guests arriving to your final celebrations.

Wedding Packages:

  • Before Forever – £270: Ceremony only (15–20 minute set, aisle song, signing interlude, exit song).
  • A Slice of Heaven – £460: Ceremony + two 45-minute sets for drinks reception, room turnover, or wedding breakfast.
  • The Complete Love Story – £680: Full day of vocals – ceremony, drinks reception, room turnovers, wedding breakfast, and first dance.

Bespoke packages are also available to suit your vision, whether it’s a ceremony and first dance or an upbeat drinks reception set.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Please aim to contact me as far in advance as you can! My minimum deadline to secure a booking is 3 weeks. I advise at least 2 months before your wedding, so we can prepare together and check in!

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes, of course! It is always refreshing to try something new! Do contact me if you have any requests, and I will be sure to include this in your set list/ as one of your special songs on the day

What's your experience?

I have a 1st class degree in Vocal Performance (Music Industry Practice) from the Academy of Contemporary Music. I have been performing at events since, but I am now taking the leap into full weddings

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, i cover area's up to 50 miles outside of Wiltshire usually. I have my own car and am happy to make adjustments if your wedding if further afield or destination!

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, i charge a 40 pence per mile charge for venues over 10 miles away

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

What is the length of time of the act?

This will depend on which wedding package you select with me!I can be with you from a minimum of a couple of hours- to your full day! Song timings can be discussed, and I can liaise with your planner!

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

I usually require a 3 weeks minimum notice period to prepare for a wedding or event. This is to allow ample practice and planning time to learn repertoire, and liaise with yourself and your venue!

Do you do open-air acts?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

I charge extra time at £50 per additional hour, or extra time worked. Set up and set down fees are included in your wedding package- so this is the only additional fee if things run over time!

What are the forms of payment?

I accept payment via BACS. I will send you an invoice upon booking, where I will ask for a 20% holding deposit, and the remainder of fees to be paid up to 14 working days after your event!

Amazing, would recommend!

Louisa sang a beautiful rendition of 'You Raise Me Up' before I walked down the aisle. She perfectly set the tone for the special moment, and all of our guests thought her voice was wonderful! We are so grateful to have had Louisa sing such a meaningful song for us. Thank you again!
