Meet the team
Hello,
I'm Emma-Marie. I've been playing the violin since I was 6 and it's still my passion.
I studied violin and composition at Goldsmiths then travelled to Russia to learn from the great violin traditions there. While I was liveing in Russia I played with some great musicians from the Bolshoi Theatre and top orchestras, but I also played for children in care homes and even in juvenile detantion centres because I belive that music should be for everyone. I was awarded a Points of Light award by Theresa May for this work in 2017.
One of my all time favourite things is to play for weddings. I love preparing the tunes that my couples have chosen, it's such a beautiful insight into their characters. Sometimes a piece of music has such strong associations and meaning and I love bringing that to life and seeing the smiles as a dream becomes reality.
when I'm not playing the violin I'm a mummy to an adorable little rainbow baby. We love being outdoors and adore exploring the beautful Dorset countryside.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you and crating the perfect soudntrack to your special day!
