Jon Lowe is a full time wedding DJ and host based in Greater Manchester, travelling across the North West and throughout the UK for weddings.
It is Jon who couples speak to, plan with and have there on the wedding day. There is no team of different DJs and nobody else is sent in his place. Couples book Jon because they want his experience, his approach and the reassurance of knowing exactly who will be looking after their wedding.
Now in his 21st year in the industry, Jon performs at around 60 to 70 weddings each year. His approach is calm, organised and centred entirely around the couple.
It is YOUR wedding, so the music should reflect you.
Jon does not use a fixed wedding playlist or assume that every dancefloor needs the same songs. He spends time understanding the music couples love, the music they do not want to hear and the atmosphere they would like to create. On the night, he reads the room and adapts naturally while staying true to what has been agreed.
Couples can book Jon for their evening reception or choose his full day Wedding DJ & Host service.
For evening weddings, Jon takes care of the planning, music, sound, lighting and hosting needed to keep the celebration flowing naturally.
For full day weddings, he can be there from the ceremony through to the final song. This can include ceremony music, drinks reception music, wedding breakfast background music, microphones for speeches, introductions, announcements and hosting the key moments throughout the day.
Jon works closely with venues and other suppliers, helps keep timings on track and makes sure couples are not left wondering what happens next. He takes care of the flow without taking over the wedding.
Alongside weddings, Jon performs at corporate events, private celebrations and large UK events, including Butlin’s Big Weekends. This keeps him experienced with different crowds, music styles and event formats.
Whether the wedding is close to home or hundreds of miles away, every couple receives the same level of planning, care and attention.
YOUR wedding. YOUR music. YOUR way.
That is much closer to the message on your website. Your site already focuses on professional wedding DJ and hosting, working across the UK, planning beforehand, reading the room and letting the dancefloor build naturally.

Meet the team
Hi, I’m Jon.
I’m the person you’ll be dealing with from your first message right through to the last song of the night. I don’t pass you off to anyone else, and I don’t send substitutes. When you book me, you get me.
I’ve been DJing weddings and events for over 20 years, and I still genuinely enjoy being part of such important days. I take a calm, organised approach, keep communication clear, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy it.
From planning the music to hosting the key moments and building the atmosphere on the night, I’m fully involved at whatever level suits you best. Every wedding gets the same care and attention, because no two couples or celebrations are ever the same.
