We have all kinds of pop music from 1960's to modern top 40 chart, so we do a "mixed bag" of music. For weddings we ask you to list your First Dance Song (if you are having one), then 15-25 songs

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes, as long as we can get a wifi or phone signal to buy music from iTunes

What's your experience?

Dj Darren Jewell Est. 1999 Sole trader. From wedding disco anthems to main room clubbing, Dance, R&B/Urban, POP, New music, Old-school anthems. I started Dj'ing professionally (only income) in 1999

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, good access to load/unload-set-up the disco, & parking. If any stairs/slopes or no fixed flooring eg. grass please inform us before booking

Can you travel?

Yes, 90 min travel from Weston-Super-Mare eg. Bristol, Bath, Yeovil, Frome, Taunton, Gloucester, Cirencester, South Wales etc. We might charge a bit more for long traveling time/journey

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, we allow 90 min travel to get to your venue, so if it would take longer or eg. motorway congestion/bank holidays we might charge a bit more

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

What is the length of time of the act?

Its up to you & your venue, but please state your times before you book eg. 6pm-midnight, as we might charge a bit more for longer hours worked

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

If access & parking are good 60 minuets or less

Do you do open-air acts?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

We look at how much we get paid per event, but can charge an extra £20-40/hour for extra time

What are the forms of payment?

We prefer bank transfer to our business account. Booking Fee to be paid when booked (secures your date), & the final balance 28 days before your booking date
