Hi, I’m Georgia, founder of Call Me Ceilidh, and I’m here to make sure your wedding dance floor is the place everyone wants to be!
I absolutely love bringing people together through music. Whether your guests are seasoned ceilidh dancers or have never danced a Scottish reel in their lives, my job is to make it feel easy, fun and completely unintimidating. I’ll talk everyone through the dances, keep the energy high and make sure nobody is left wondering what on earth they’re supposed to be doing!
I’ve built Call Me Ceilidh around one simple idea: your wedding should feel like you. So we can keep things beautifully traditional, go for a modern electronic ceilidh, or mix the two. Our music draws on English, Scottish, Irish and American traditions, with talented live musicians who know how to read a room and get people dancing.
Our most popular wedding option is our Gold Band, a brilliant 3-piece live band of fiddle, accordion and guitar, alongside me as your caller. It gives you that full, authentic live ceilidh sound while I keep everyone confidently dancing and having a brilliant time.

Most importantly, I’m here to make your life easier. I’ll work with you to understand what you want, help you choose the right lineup and take care of the musical details, so you can concentrate on the important stuff — getting married and having an absolutely brilliant party.

5-star ceilidh band! Rural Scotland approved
The final Strip the Willow was incredible and exactly what I’d hoped for. Georgia then stayed on to DJ and nailed it, playing all our must-have songs and building the perfect energy for a big send-off to Loch Lomond in true Scottish wedding style, even when we actually got married in rural Herefordshire.
Would recommend Call Me Ceilidh to anyone looking for a brilliant ceilidh band for their event!

Great band and fantastic ceilidh callers.
Call Me Ceilidh taught our wedding party guests at the mountwithout how to ceilidh in January and we cannot recommend them enough.
The ceilidh was so much fun and the band were very good at making the instructions clear and easy to follow. Our guests mentioned it was highlight of the night and many Scot’s mentioned it was one of the best ceilidhs they’ve been too.
They also DJ’d for us later in the evening which was super fun.
We’d definitely recommend going with Georgia and the band, especially if you’re booking with MountWithout.

Georgia Lewis is the founder of Call Me Ceilidh, a Bristol-based collective of exceptional musicians specialising in refined, high-energy wedding entertainment.
A First Class Honours graduate of the Brighton Institute of Modern Music, Georgia has been performing professionally since 2009. Over the past decade, she has curated unforgettable evenings for hundreds of couples, combining musical excellence with an instinctive understanding of how to bring a room together.
Her career has always centred around one thing: creating moments of joy at life’s most important celebrations.
Call Me Ceilidh was founded with the vision of reimagining ceilidh dancing for modern weddings. Georgia wanted to honour the tradition while presenting it in a way that feels vibrant, inclusive and effortlessly stylish. The result is a dancefloor experience that feels both timeless and contemporary.
In a world that increasingly craves meaningful connection, Georgia takes pride in creating spaces where guests feel at ease from the very first dance.
