How far in advance should I contact you?

It's best to book as soon as you know the date of your event - 12-3months in advance would be ideal

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes! If the piece/song you request is not on our list we can arrange it especially for you for an additional fee. We require 3 weeks notice for special requests

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, we would need armless chairs, a secure space to leave our belongings while we are playing and a cover if playing outside

Can you travel?

Yes, we are based in London but our musicians can travel up to 60miles to the event

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, yes, we charge mileage costs outside of London, or exact train/taxi fares

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Yes

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

What is the length of time of the act?

It depends on the booking. Usually from 1hr to 3hrs

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

15-20minutes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

How do you charge extra time?

Changes to timings should be negotiated in advance wherever possible, so the contract can be amended accordingly

What are the forms of payment?

The initial payment of the deposit to secure your booking can be made by a bank transfer or paypal. The remaining fee can be paid via bank transfer/paypal or in cash before the event
