The Golden Hour Events

Frozen cocktails, garden games and mini golf for weddings across Hampshire, the New Forest, Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.

Run by husband and wife team, Jazz and James, The Golden Hour is built around the part of a wedding day everyone remembers fondly - the slow, golden stretch between ceremony and evening do, when guests are relaxed, drinks are flowing and there's finally time to breathe. That's exactly the moment they're there for.

Their bar is a converted vintage horsebox, restored and fitted out by hand. On the day, couples can choose from:

• Frozen cocktails on tap
• Garden games (Jenga, cornhole and more)
• A nine-hole mini golf course

Most couples end up booking all three.

Jazz and James bring backgrounds in the army and emergency care to the way they work: calm, organised and completely unfazed by whatever a wedding day throws at them. They handle every booking personally, from the first enquiry through to pack-down, so couples are always dealing with the people who'll actually turn up on the day. Their two golden retrievers, Cleo and Nala, keep a watchful eye over proceedings from home.

Based in Southampton, The Golden Hour travels up to 70 miles for weddings and events, and is always happy to hear from couples further afield.
