We were promised a refund that still hasn’t arrived. They tried to charge us extra the week before our wedding. They held on to the licence until the very last moment. And after all that, they still tried to pin the blame on us.
We spent over £1,100 with them and got a masterclass in how not to treat people at one of the most important times in their lives, plus the cost of finding a new supplier. Communication has been non-existent, accountability nowhere to be found, and decency clearly not part of the package.
They can change their name as many times as they like. The behaviour stays the same. Future couples deserve to know exactly what they’re walking into. Please avoid for your own good.
