Saddle Bar is a beautifully restored horsebox turned mobile cocktail, draft larger and spirit haven, serving handcrafted drinks at weddings, parties, and festivals across Sussex (and beyond!). Easily parked and expertly operated, it brings a unique blend of rustic style and modern elegance to outdoor and indoor venues alike.
Built from a classic livestock horsebox, Saddle Bar’s interiors boast a sleek marble-effect countertop, ambient uplighting, well-stocked fridges, and even a ceiling mural. Creating a refined yet inviting space for guests to enjoy.

I'm Glad Jay Crashed The Wedding - From Busted Beverages to Beaming Bride (in 3 hours!!!)
I called around for an hour, but many suppliers failed to grasp the urgency of the situation, instead throwing 'red tape' and contract talk at us.
Just as all hope was lost, and we were resigned to the fact that our two sets of family members might actually have to interact sober - a hero came along, lubricating us with the strength to carry on.
Was it a bird? Was it a plane? No - it was Jay and his magical bar on wheels! Granted, I got lucky. I called at a time when he had decided to take an evening off - and I'm so glad he let me ruin that for him!
Within an hour of hanging up the phone, our white knight arrived in his stainless steel carriage, kitted out with enough alcohol to keep the respective Catholic and Protestant Irish families singing songs into the wee hours.
He and his staff were as efficient as they were warm and friendly. He even indulged the father of the bride in one too many verses of "Whisky-In-The-Jar-O".
His payment terms were reasonable and the bill was easy to settle, which is a rarity these days!
Jay didn't just save the wedding, he helped us avoid a potential diplomatic incident - and for this we are all eternally grateful!
It was a Good Friday indeed - thank you Jay!

With a passion for great vibes and even better drinks, he’s built Saddle into the warm, welcoming space it is today. You’ll often catch him chatting with regulars, curating events, or sneaking a cheeky gin behind the scenes.

Lindsay is equal parts calm, cool, and cheeky. A total pro behind the bar and a master of the “just one more” persuasion, they’ve got a talent for remembering your order (and your name) after just one visit.

Adam brings charisma, cocktails, and chaos (in the best way). Whether he’s mixing your favourite drink or cracking a perfectly timed joke, he’s always raising the bar literally and figuratively.
