Our packages are fully customisable and tailored to you. No paying for what you don’t require and making every drink as unique as you are. We can tailor practically every element, from the number of drink options to the mocktails or beer/wine/spirit bar service. You have full control of what you get and, therefore, the price.
Unlike a lot of services, we are completely transparent and upfront about our prices and packages, which are listed on our website. No emailing every service you can to get an idea of what you’ll be spending! You should know what to expect every step of the way and be able to plan with prices and budgets in mind.
You can contact us anytime, and we will arrange a consultation call where we get to know you and your favourite flavours to distil the perfect drink selection for you. Whether it’s a totally custom creation or from our extensive catalogue of tried and tested creative drinks, we will bring you something unique and unforgettable.
The Bar Includes:
Dedication and Passion: A local business created by an experienced female bartender.
Exceptional Team: A minimum of 2 of our expertly trained bartenders, no agency call outs.
Set up and Down: Complete set up beforehand and removal after the event, including all waste management. We leave it as we found it!
Customisation: From duration to drinks per guest, mocktails to multiple options, you can customise everything with a price that easily reflects it.
Affordable Packages: We offer a Cash Bar from £250! Guests can pay for drinks and lighten the load of prices if you’re on a tight budget.
Licensing and Insurance: All alcohol and event licensing taken care of.
Equipment: All equipment included by us. From glassware to napkins, parasols to gazebos.
Payment Options: Cash bar, pay for the full package, or split the cost up; we make it as easy as possible for you to pay your way.

My name is Lucy and I LOVE cocktails. I love how customisable and creative they are. A cocktail really can be whatever you want it to be and I truly believe there's a cocktail for everyone and every occasion.
I've been a professional bartender and mixologist for over ten years, working in a variety of bars. I'm known for my speed, accuracy and efficiency behind the bar and work very hard to ensure the drinks are perfect and the waiting time is short.
Now I'm bringing all my experience, creativity and energy to Mixing Mobile Bartending, where I bring the bar and all the delicious drinks to you. I can't wait to ask you what your favourite flavours are and distil your perfect drink for you and your event. I get such satisfaction every time a person takes a sip and tells me I've combined all their favourite flavours and made them in a glass!
Outside of the bar, I love painting, reading, writing and playing board games with my friends. I love creativity and logic and anything where I get to do both.
I created Mixing Mobile Bartending because there was nothing like it in this area and it's always been my dream to work for myself. I looked for a mobile bar for my own wedding and found disappointingly little. Let alone anyone making bespoke cocktails. I'm honoured to be bringing this service to my local area where I was born and raised and have worked my whole life.
