FAQs

Do you provide the alcohol, or can we supply our own?
We usually supply everything, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Think of it like going to a restaurant; you wouldn’t turn up with your own ingredients. Our packages include quality drinks, proper glassware and a professional team. If you’re after a full bar experience, we’re the right fit. If you just want people in bow ties to serve supermarket bottles, probably not.

Do you charge for bar hire?
We charge a £500 booking fee that covers the essentials: the bar, glassware, ice, team, travel, licensing and more. It’s simple and transparent, with no hidden extras. What you see is what you pay.

What areas do you cover?
We’re based in East London and Essex, with a brilliant team around Milton Keynes too. If you’re somewhere in that mix, there’s a good chance we can help.

Are you licensed to serve alcohol at my venue?
Yes. We’re fully licensed and handle all the paperwork so you don’t have to. If your venue has its own licence, we can work under it. If not, we’ll arrange a Temporary Event Notice to keep everything above board.

What if my venue doesn’t have a bar?
That’s actually our favourite setup. We bring our own custom built bars, designed for fast, efficient service. They look smart, roll in easily and have non marking wheels that venues love. Whether it’s a hall, barn or castle, we’ll make it work beautifully.

How many staff will you provide?
Enough to keep the drinks flowing and the queues short. We never cut corners or use agency staff. Everyone on our team is experienced, well paid and genuinely good at what they do. That’s how we’ve built our reputation for calm, smooth service.
