Every arrangement is thoughtfully composed yet artfully loose, creating florals that feel alive, personal, and effortlessly beautiful.
Sally started working with flowers at just 17 years old, and she founded Sweet Pea Rosa in 2018, turning her lifelong passion into a studio dedicated to creating meaningful, nature-led wedding florals.
What truly sets Sally apart is the care and enthusiasm she brings to every couple she works with. Years into her career, she still feels the same joy and anticipation with each new wedding, taking the time to understand every vision and transform it into something truly special. Her aim is always the same: to create wedding flowers that not only reflect the couple beautifully, but that leave a lasting impression.

Beautiful Flowers & Great Experience!
She was also really flexible - we had a last minute venue change and it was no problem at all. I also asked for a sprig of ivy from my mom's bouquet, that she had kept cuttings of for 40 years, to be incorporated into mine. Sally was able to do this no problem, and it was so special to have this on my wedding day. It was a live cutting and even after our wedding, she was able to keep it safe and it's now happily growing in water again, so we can keep it thriving!
It was super easy to work with her and I felt confident the wedding florals were in great hands.

Hi, I’m Sally. Owner of Sweet Pea Rosa, working from my home studio in East London.
With over 10 years experience in floristry, I am very passionate about sustainable floristry.
I grew up in the country side in the Midlands, and love spending time in nature, whether that is a Sunday stroll in the woods close to my house, or a weekend away, in the mountains. Which is why my work is rooted in a love of seasonality, softness and the gentle imperfections found in nature.
I love swimming, but don't like cold water, so my favourite place to swim is warm summer seas off the Amalfi Coast. Preferably followed my eating crisps and drinking wine, whilst watching the sun set.
