I’m absolutely not one to usually leave a negative review but I would have appreciated this when booking vendors for our wedding!

Jess was fabulous when we first booked with her and her flowers on her socials looked so gorgeous we were very excited to work with her. She sent over a lovely inspiration pdf and this was about a year before the wedding.

We then didn’t really have contact until what was advertised on her contract as a consultation around 6 weeks before the wedding to finalise plans. After not hearing, I contacted Jess 5 weeks before the wedding to try to arrange this and heard back about a week later with very vague details of arranging a call at some point. I tried chasing this call for 2 weeks and we ended up counting there were about 5 either cancelled, re-arranged or calls she just didn’t attend for different reasons (one even being a date she suggested then on the day saying it was a family members birthday). We appreciate sometimes life can get in the way and unexpected things can happen (especially running a business!) however, it got to 2 weeks before the wedding and we had to make the decision to cancel as we were still no further along and we managed to last minute book elsewhere as it was causing a lot of stress so close to the wedding.
From reading other reviews I’m not sure if we just had a bad experience and like I say I can’t comment on the florals themselves as we ended up cancelling but from communication and planning alone I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We ended up only losing our deposit but was still a shame to have a lot of stress caused only 2 weeks before the wedding that could have been avoided with better communication and organisation. Especially in the wedding industry when things can be so stressful during planning.

Jess was absolutely amazing, she listened and understood what I was hoping for and she absolutely delivered. We got so many compliments on the flowers and they were honestly exactly what I had envisioned! Thank you so much again Jess x

Jess went above and beyond to create beautiful, luxury, flowing spring florals for my wedding in April 2025 - within my budget!

When I first contacted Jess I was feeling unsure that my dream of my mum creating my bouquet would come to life after unsuccessful chats with other florists. Jess understood how important personal touches were to me for our wedding at Askham Hall, Penrith and jumped at the idea - offering support to my mum throughout the process. The flowers were so beautiful and I can't thank her enough for making this happen.

From the start, Jess was excited about my vision for pastel yellows and I trusted her to deliver it. I was completely blown away by the end result. Jess created beautiful spring posy's for my bridesmaids and personally laid out the florals in the church before running to our wedding breakfast venue and putting all of our finishing touches together! She went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we asked for and more.

I feel very lucky to have found Jess for my wedding day. Humble and unbelievably talented - even my mum said she was a calming influence for us all on the wedding morning.
