Hand Sown Flowers is a small cut flower farm located in the picturesque village of Newton on Ouse, just a short distance from York.
We offer seasonal wedding and partnership flowers with a rustic, relaxed feel.

All our flowers are lovingly grown by us and freshly cut for your special day. They are seasonal, chemical-free, and have a minimal carbon footprint. Many of our blooms are scented and unique, often not available in shops, ensuring your day is truly special. We do not use single-use plastics or floral foam; everything is reusable or compostable after your celebration.

At Hand Sown Flowers, we are dedicated to using only locally grown and sustainable flowers. This commitment means our wedding and ceremony flowers are available only during the North Yorkshire growing season, typically from the last week of May through the third week of October.
All our designs are crafted by a qualified florist. We offer a floral menu where you can select your bespoke requirements. Additionally, we provide our "Hand-picked Flower Collection"—buckets of beautiful local cut flowers for you to design with.
