Hi, I’m Liz - your personal florist based in Liverpool.
I started Fustaq Florals to offer couples something personal: wedding flowers that reflect you, your story, and the special day you’re creating. Thoughtfully designed, made to order, and rooted in meaning.
I trained in the Netherlands at the Boerma Instituut, where I learned the art of natural, expressive design. Since then, I’ve worked in a Dutch flower shop, freelanced on weddings in the States, and even did my own wedding flowers (a bit mad, but totally worth it).
Fustaq is a one-woman studio, which means I work closely with each couple to create flowers that feel intentional—whether that’s referencing a favourite place, a shared memory, or the atmosphere of your venue. I only take on a small number of weddings each season, so you’ll always have my full attention.
If you’re not sure what you want just yet, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll start with what you like (and what you don’t) and shape the vision together.
Every couple receives a complimentary mood board at the start - because good design starts with clear ideas.
Drop a message, and let’s get started!
Operating out of Liverpool, Merseyside, Fustaq Florals provides bespoke, one-of-a-kind, and original wedding floral creations, customised to suit each couple’s style, themes, and vision, adding natural beauty and colour to the big day.

Meet the team

I’m Liz, the florist behind Fustaq Florals. I trained in Dutch floral design in 2019 and fell in love with the wedding planning process. Fustaq (pronounced fuh-stuck) is the Arabic and Kurdish word for pistachio—and a sweet nickname my husband calls me, like “honey” or “love.” It felt like the perfect name for a business centred on personal, meaningful details.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping bring your wedding flowers to life—beautifully, and in a way that feels like you.
