What is included in the wedding package?

Basic DJ Package- DJ for 4 Hrs live performance with PA system (2x15 inch active speakers with stands and white stand covers), DJ booth (White), lighting bar inc 2 static and 2 moving head lights

How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier the better, bookings can be taken 2 years in advance. ideally no later than 1 month before the event date, but upto 24 hours before can be done

What other services to you provide?

Are you able to travel?

Yes, willing to travel anywhere. Fees incurred for travel over 30 miles from Performer's location (all performers located in and around london)

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, 50p per mile when the journey is over 30 miles from the performer's location. (example, 100mile - 30mile free = £25

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, a covered area from rain must be provided, or we can charge to have one arranged for outdoor performances

How long is the act?

dependant on what the customer books. Minimum charges apply for all acts (usually a minimum booking of 2 hours apply - 1 hour for dancers)

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

absolute minimum is 1 hour at the event site for all services - for music the customer should be prepared that a sound check will need to be completed at full working volume

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?

extra time would be charged by the hour as per the agreed fee and is dependant on the act booked. But this would be preagreed with the client

Couldn’t recommend a better DJ

Three Lived Down (Anthony) contacted us when we put a request in on bark. Even before us committing to using TLD, Anthony was so helpful and would take time to write long emails with his suggestions and recommendations on the whole music part of the wedding.

Once he we had booked, Anthony then was available for plenty of questions and really helped us during our final call to discuss music, how the night would go and really made it bespoke to how we wanted it. It was so bespoke to the point that he edified and mixed the song for our first dance to make it exactly as we wanted it.

We couldn’t have had a better DJ for our wedding and highly recommend Three Lives Down.

Everything you want and more

We booked for a pop covers wedding band and DJ. They agreed a bespoke set list with us, planned out the night with us, corrected some misconceptions we had about how the night would go too. Informative, clear communication, stress free and simple. We asked for the band to do 80s, motown and 90s and the DJ covered club and party hits it was just perfect, seamless and totally enjoyable. We had lots of wedding stresses, the music was not one of them. Highly recommend.

Just easy fun fun fun!

What a night they made!
We held our wedding party at our house, but the Three Lives Down team turned it into a nightclub! Djs, Dancers and a Sax player just blew us away!

They are extremely professional, very experienced and even gave us tips on other parts of our wedding day as well as exactly what to expect on the day.
They just made us feel totally relaxed that they had everything at hand and nothing was too much to ask.
On the day they text to our requested contact to say they have arrived (1 hour early I will add). set up quietly and without any disruption even though we were all in their way they were polite, and funny. They then blew our minds, left us all without voices from screaming along, packed up and left quietly as to not annoy our neighbours. So so so much fun. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend. Super Professional Amazing Fun

We were recommended to Anthony and they team at three lives down by a friend on the promise of "they will make it super easy, so easy it is actually a little unsettling, but boy do they deliver!" and that is the best description. They are extremely professional, hugely experienced and even gave us tips on other parts of our wedding day as well as exactly what to expect on the day, how things can disrupt the flow of the party and how to best integrate them for best results and they just made me feel totally relaxed, nothing was too much to ask and just had a "absolutely no problem". It is all so easy that you think "Everyone told me it is stressful, what have we missed". On the day - text to requested on day contact to say they have arrived - early. set up exactly as agreed, crushed their performance leaving all our friends asking about them, packed up and left quietly. We booked for their DJ and live percussionist, so much fun. Highly recommend.

I started the agency because I saw highly talented professionals leaving the industry because other "agencies" were favouring the cheapest options to maximise their profits, instead of providing the best quality service. at TLD we take a maximum agency fee of 20% and most of the time we do not take a cut of the fee, Our goal is to see top performers keep performing for people.
