We offer interactive wedding entertainment, with each guest receiving a personalised keepsake — a thoughtful alternative to traditional wedding favours and a lasting reminder of your special day.

What is included in the wedding package?
Packages include 4–8 hours of live illustration, hand-painted watercolour guest illustrations, and a hand-painted illustration of the couple. Travel within England, Scotland and Wales is included
How far in advance should I contact you?
We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance and recommend booking early. If your wedding is coming up soon, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help
What other services to you provide?
Other (Alongside live illustration, we offer bespoke wedding stationery, illustrated thank you cards and bridesmaid proposal cards)
Are you able to travel?
Yes, we travel anywhere in UK
Is there a charge for travelling?

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, we bring all materials with us. We just need a small table and 2 chairs on the day
How long is the act?
Available from 4 to 8 hours
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
We require a short set-up time of around 15–20 minutes before beginning, which can be worked around your schedule on the day

Best decision we made booking paint by gingers!
I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of Paint by Gingers’ service. We booked them quite last minute to create live illustrations as our wedding favours, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our guests absolutely loved them, and each person left with such a personal and meaningful keepsake from our special day.
The girls were so friendly, approachable, and wonderful with all of our guests. They stayed for ages to make sure as many illustrations as possible were completed, and even finished the remaining ones after the wedding and posted them out to us.
This was genuinely one of the highlights of our wedding day, and I can’t recommend Paint by Gingers highly enough. If you’re considering live illustrations for your wedding or event, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

Amazing illustrators
Paint by Gingers were fantastic through the whole process.
From booking, everything was clear and kept in touch including adding personal touches we requested. They were so friendly and flexible throughout.
The day itself was beautiful and so many of our guests commented on how talented they were and loved their illustrations. Paint by Gingers were so friendly throughout the day and engaged with our guests. We paid for extra studio time and I am so glad we did! Getting more photos through the post after the wedding was great and again nothing was too much trouble.
If in doubt, do it. It was one of the highlights of our day and guests already have their paintings framed and displayed in their houses.

Amazing Illustrations and lovely people
Painted by Gingers are fantastic, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for illustrators for a wedding or event. Our guests absolutely adored their paintings and so do we. Painted by Gingers act as entertainment for guests (they get to watch the art being created) as well as the guests getting to take away such a special keepsake from the day. I would not hesitate to recommend them again and again. Thank you so much for being such a special and unique part of our day 🤍
