The Wedding Wine Concierge takes care of all your wine needs and your wedding guests! Serving Edinburgh, Central Scotland, the Lothians, Borders and Aberdeenshire, we entertain your guests with a fun, engaging wine tasting while you have your photos taken.
Instead of the usual glass of fizz and small talk, we transform your drinks reception into an unforgettable, engaging wine tasting experience! This is the new way to do drinks receptions: It’s interactive. It’s relaxed. It gets people talking, laughing, and connecting from the very first sip.
If you are a food-loving couple and want something a little different, a little more memorable - and a lot more fun - The Wedding Wine Concierge can help. Your Wine Concierge is a qualified (DipWSET), professional Wine & Spirits Specialist with 20 years tasting & presenting experience in the UK & USA, so you know you are in safe hands.
The service works beauifully for smaller weddings of up to 50 guests but we can tailor the tasting to suit larger parties as well. We travel across Scotland and the north of England and are happy to work with all venues, caterers and private chefs.

Pre-wedding Service
- We offer wine pairing advice: whether you are choosing from a venue wine list or a wine merchant.
- Not sure how much wine to purchase? We can give an idea on quanities.
- The Concierge Service is independent, so we are not tied to a particular supplier. We use our expertise to find the right wine to suit your menu and your budget.
- We can advise on sale or return, delivery and help coordinate the detials.
- We chat with your preferred caterer, hotel and wedding venue to ensure seamless delivery.
- We can arrange drinks, glassware and canapes
- Our sophisticated hen parties, pre-wedding dinners and wine tasting events are very popular.
- We don't add a mark up to the price of wine.
