I am Jo Herbert Makes, a live portrait illustrator based in South East London, who's perfect for your wedding day.
Think of me as a Live Photo Booth! I pitch up to your event with my watercolour paints and a camera and create live portraits for your guests to take home as favours.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Arriving before the wedding begins, I take photos of the guests (so they don't have to sit for a portrait, wasting precious champagne drinking time), and then create hand-drawn watercolour portraits on watercolour card. No iPads or printers in sight here...! Guests can watch me work, providing entertainment, and then take their completely unique wedding favour home at the end of the night.
Alternatively, the married couple can take them all home, have a good look through and take photos, before sending them as personalised thank-you cards to all of their guests

Fabulous live illustrator!!!
Prior to the wedding she was great at communicating and let us know what type of space she needed to work and was really flexible.
A lot of our wedding guests hadn't heard of a live illustrator and so were really interested in how she worked and they all loved their pictures! We had a relaxed buffet style dinner so didn't do table favours, so the illustrations acted as peoples favours to take home and hopefully display them in a frame!
Would highly highly recommend Jo for any wedding!!!
