I stumbled across Amelia on Instagram after getting engaged and I knew I had to have her as part of our day and I’m so glad we did!

Not only is she unbelievably talented, she’s also a genuinely lovely person. Communication in the lead up to the wedding was fantastic. She’s down to earth, friendly and easygoing that it hardly felt like speaking to a supplier at all.

Having Amelia illustrate at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She arrived promptly, her set up is beautiful and she blended seamlessly into the day. It was so special that our guests were able to take home something unique and personal that they could treasure forever.

The illustrations were incredible. Every single one captured people so perfectly with such attention to detail. We had so many guests throughout the day (and even afterwards) telling us how much they loved it and how it was one of the most thoughtful, unique things they’d ever seen at a wedding, I loved that people were proudly showing off their finished portraits!

At our request, she also painted some specific family members and members of our bridal and groom party so they would get to take one home too.

Amelia was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding day. Worth every single penny and more. I highly recommend to anyone currently planning their wedding!

We hired Amelia for our wedding after seeing her brilliant pictures at a wedding fayre. The pictures she produced were breathtaking and a real talking point for everyone who attended. We have kept our illustration and I know others treasure these as a momento of the day.

We booked Amelia later on in our planning after coming across her page and we are soooo glad that we did! From the moment of enquiry to the day itself, Amelia was professional, kind and beyond knowledgeable making the process so easy and efficient - a dream supplier in amongst the stress of planning a wedding!

From experience, once an invoice is paid a lot of wedding suppliers can seem to forget about you and communication seems to drop off on the build up to the day which for some can be the most nerve-wracking part but Amelia went above on beyond right up to, on the day itself and even after as well! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was communicated so incredibly well that we had no worries or questions regarding anything. Amelia also involved us heavily in the design process prior to our day and made amends to suit our vision and everything she created was truly incredible. We had so many guests on the day and even now (6 months later!) say what an incredible addition Amelia was to our wedding. Everyone was so happy with their illustrations and the quality of them, someone even asked me where they should pay for them they were so good!

A dream supplier that I am still in touch with now and can’t wait to order more of her work. Amelia at Honeybea Illustrates really cares and it truly shines through in everything she does.
