Echo Strings is a fantastic, highly experienced, and versatile string ensemble based in the North-West of England. It was formed at Paul McCartney's prestigious music college, The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. The group comprises classically trained professional musicians who will be sure to bring that touch of elegance to your wedding or event.
Since forming in 2015, the quartet have provided the soundtrack to 100s of weddings and events across the UK and the background music for high-profile events for Liverpool Football Club and The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. They have been featured on Channel 4's Hollyoaks many times and in OK magazine, and they have also provided backing strings for high-profile bands such as China Crisis, ZUZU, Circa Waves and The Christians in Grammy-award winning Parr Street studios. They regularly perform with local groups, including Incredible 11 Hip Hop Orchestra and The ELO Show.
Echo Strings prides itself on its impressive repertoire list, which includes over 250 songs from all genres, including classical favourites, jazz standards, film soundtracks, modern pop hits, 70's 80's rock anthems - and everything in between. The group members are professional string arrangers trained at Berklee College of Music, so whatever your request may be, we can guarantee we can arrange it and perform it for you to the highest level
