Planning your big day and in need of a reliable and experienced wedding DJ to set the perfect party atmosphere?

I bring my own professional sound system and disco lighting, and play in venues throughout the Lake District and wider area including North Lancashire.

You are welcome to send me a request list in advance. I will ensure I’ve got the requested tracks, and incorporate them into my set along with any other requests on the night. Whether you're into classic oldies or the latest chart hits, I have an extensive playlist that will cater to all your musical tastes. Music is the heartbeat of any great party, especially at a wedding. Playing well-known tunes can create an instant connection with your guests, bringing generations together on the dance floor.

What is included in the wedding package?

I typically play 7-12pm. My fee includes all travel time and expenses. I bring my own equipment as shown in photos, briefly comprising DJ booth, professional disco lighting and sound system

How long is the act?

I am flexible to fit your wedding itinerary, but I typically play for the duration of the evening party, starting around 7 or 8pm and finishing at 12pm

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

It takes me around 45 minutes to unload and set-up my equipment

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

Do you do open-air acts?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

How do you charge extra time?

I quote a fixed fee for the event. There are no additional charges on the day

Brilliant, fun and great music!

Stu was absolutely brilliant at our wedding! Fitting in our requested songs around absolute bangers had the dance floor bouncing all night long. Stu is lovely and we can’t recommend him highly enough!

Best DJ Ever!

We had Stu as our DJ at our wedding and he was amazing from start to finish! He kept the dance floor busy the whole night and he knew exactly what songs to play to match the vibe of the guests. A great DJ really does make the wedding even more memorable and we had so many compliments about how good Stu was, highly recommend booking Stu if you want to have the best time ever.

We danced all night! Fantastic wedding DJ

DJ Stu was brilliant and helped to make our wedding very special. He created a fantastic playlist that kept guests of all age groups on the dancefloor all evening. In fact, when the shuttle bus arrived at the end of the night, we couldn't get people to go home! Thank you, Stu, for contributing towards a wonderful, memorable event for all.

Fantastic wedding DJ

Stu did a fantastic job as DJ at our wedding evening celebration recently. Communication was excellent from first contact until after our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to play a very mixed playlist as well as every request that came his way on the night (sorry Stu for all the Spice Girls and Aqua requests!)
He also came to our rescue letting us borrow a PA system for our speeches when our venue told us they didn’t have one.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for another celebration requiring music. Thanks Stu for providing us with a fantastic night of music and dancing.

Brilliant DJ!

From the very first contact with Stu he was absolutely brilliant. Very quick to respond, really helpful and very professional. I forewarned him that there were some hardcore Taylor Swift fans and he made a great job of including plenty of her songs as well as managing to include a wide variety of other music which filled the dance floor! I would absolutely recommend him!
