Typically we receive bookings between 9-12 months in advance of the wedding date to secure your date, however, you are welcome to get in touch as far ahead or as late as you like!

Wedding styling august 25
I cannot thank vow and wow enough for our venue styling. Everything was perfect and they created the wedding venue styling of my dreams. They were so flexible and did so many little extra details which brought everything together. i will be forever grateful for vow and wow and cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing wedding stylists
Julie and the team did an absolutely phenomenal job styling our wedding in September. They did everything they promised and more to bring our wedding vision to life. From the initial consultation you just know that they’re going to be in your corner making sure you get exactly what you want for your day. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure the day was perfect and no request was too much. They even made two different plans for the ceremony decor just in case it rained. They also made the bouquets, boutonnières, all the signs and the menus/place names! They also decorated the cake which my sister had made.
Seeing the finished product at our ceremony and reception was overwhelming, they added so many extra touches that we hadn’t even thought to ask for. My favourite surprise was the beautiful bouquet of flowers they made for the empty seat reserved for my mum who has passed away.
They worked to our budget easily but so many people have asked how we could afford to spend so much on the decor because of how expensive it looked! The audio guestbook was also a hit with the guests.
Honestly I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have come across Vow&Wow, they are really passionate about their work and it shows.
Thank you so much for treating our day as if it was as precious to you as it was to us.

Amazing Vendor
We are so glad we chose Beth for our small DIY wedding. From the very beginning she was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and her prices were very reasonable, which made planning feel so much easier. On the day, Beth’s mum, who is a senior stylist, was absolutely wonderful—she set up our arch beautifully, gave us thoughtful tips, and even brought along extra touches we hadn’t asked for. Those little details ended up being so helpful and really made a difference. Highly recommend!

Made our fairytale
Julie and the team did an exceptional job with our wedding. From the moment I enquired with them, all the follow up calls and mood boards back and forth, they really were incredible. They brought my vision to life and really went above and beyond on the day.
The fake flowers, lights and all the little extra touches were so beautiful and honestly put me so at ease on the run up to the big day.

Amazing work by Vow & Wow
Me and my partner Eva got married 2nd August 2025. Vow & Wow supplied us with our full decorations and bouquets. Julie and the team that helped set up were a dream and Bethany’s hard work in throughout the process of choosing everything for the day was amazing. We were in awe of how amazing the venue looked and how quick they turned the room around from the ceremony to the wedding reception. Price was very reasonable for how much time and effort went in to getting everything sorted and setting up in the hours before and take down after. Stress free for us and so helpful. Could not recommend them enough!

Incredible styling on a modest budget!
We recently hosted a murder mystery-themed birthday party for my husband, and I can’t thank Vow and Wow enough for the incredible job they did styling the event. From start to finish, they were professional, creative, and so easy to work with – and the end result was nothing short of amazing.

Timeless elegance from Vow & Wow
We cannot thank Vow & Wow enough for the stunning work they did for our wedding at Thicket Priory! Their use of faux florals was absolutely exceptional—so realistic and beautifully arranged that guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything looked. Every detail, from the ceremony arch to the reception tables, was styled with such elegance and care.

Above and Beyond
I cannot recommend Vow and Wow enough for affordable wedding styling! Bethany was approachable, flexible, professional throughout the whole process of creating our very unique wedding vision with multiple calls to discuss ideas and a visit to their storeroom to see items in person. She was very mindful of our budget and always offered affordable alternatives so we could still have everything we wanted. The ceremony room was gorgeous for both ceremonies, and the table settings worked with the rustic venue perfectly. Bethany and her team went above and beyond on the day to make sure everything came together and the styling on the day was better than we ever could have imagined!
