Malin was just incredible! We hired her for on the day coordination, but she was part of the planning process for six months before the big day. I am someone who has zero event planning experience but am a control freak with a vision, and was really beginning to get overwhelmed. I needed some professional guidance to help make sure I was on the right track, point out things I was definitely missing or questions I hadn’t asked vendors or our venue, and generally provide me with some reassurance. From our first call, I felt instantly relieved - the first time in the planning process I had felt anything other than stressed!

Malin is so personable, calm, and clearly very experienced. In the run up to the day, we had some additional calls plus stayed in close contact via WhatsApp and email, together creating a run of show for the vendors and bridal party. We also hired props and games from her, which she set up for us on the day, and were a huge hit with our guests. She endured multiple Pinterest boards, PDF “handbooks” and moodboards that I was making on canva, and photos of tinsel chandeliers. On the day, we said hi, and then she was off, coordinating with my bridesmaids when needed. If anything went wrong, I didn’t hear about it, see it, or feel it - which is exactly why you want an experienced coordinator, to protect you (the bride) from any nonsense! I am so, so grateful to Malin and cannot recommend her enough. You will be in great hands.
