Hi, I'm Your Celebrant Emma! I'm a wedding celebrant based in Yorkshire and working across the North of England (and beyond), to create ceremonies that are full of heart, humour, and unmistakable personality.

My approach is all about connection. I'll support, ground, and uplift you throughout the journey, making sure your story shines.

Your ceremony is written word for word by me for you. Completely authentically yours. I’ll gather all the details big and small, your stories and your style. If it doesn’t resonate with you, it doesn’t make the cut. And if you’re desperate for something, we move mountains to make it work.

When the day arrives, it is such a privilege to be there with you both as you take the next step into your future together. I'll deliver your ceremony with warmth, sincerity and care. And when it’s all over, your guests will say ‘that was so them’.

MY PROCESS

• First things first, let’s chat. You can put a face to the name and decide if I feel like the right celebrant for you.

• If I am, I’ll book your date in my diary and we’ll arrange time to meet for a drink and chat through the finer details.

• To get the ball rolling, I’ll send you both a set of questions to answer. The topic is, of course, your specialist subject: each other and your love story.

• From here, I’ll do my thing! Whilst I’m working away on your ceremony, we’ll have a group chat where we can ping each other questions and thoughts. You might want more meet ups or calls – every couple is different, so whatever works for you.

• Your first draft makes everything feel so real! Tweaks and redrafts are led by you and we’ll get it exactly as you want before signing off ahead of the big day.

• Before the day arrives, we'll meet at your venue to chat through logistics, throw out questions and cheers to the final countdown!

• On the day, I’ll be there in plenty of time to set up, check in with you both, brief your party, calm any nerves and build excitement. Your wedding is my only commitment that day, so there’s no worry at all if anyone’s running fashionably late.
