Hi! We're Huw and Nia – we're a married couple of Independent Celebrants, and we'd love to help you create a ceremony that totally reflects you and your personality. When we got married, we had no idea what a celebrant was, and oh, the things we'd have done differently had we known! The ceremony is the reason your guests are there, so why let it be something that has to be endured rather than enjoyed? Seren Celebrants is based in sunny Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, in Mid Wales, but we're happy to travel all over Wales and the borders.

We approach every couple completely differently, and we are totally adaptable. Want something more traditional – we got you. Want something completely out of the ordinary to wow your guests – we also got you! As independent celebrants, we aren't constrained by any rules or beliefs – we can incorporate absolutely any ideas or wishes you want. Whatever ideas you have, we'd love to hear them – even if you're not sure if they can be done, we'll definitely help to try and find a way!

You've probably hand-picked all of your other suppliers because they fit in with your vibe. You like their style and examples of their previous work. Why should you just put up with Margaret from the council to stand in front of you while you say the most important words of the day?!

We'd like to think we're just genuinely nice people, the kind of people you'd like to go out for a drink with, and we love really getting to know our couples. We'll be right there alongside you every step of the planning process.
