Uppercrust was our absolute dream caterer for our wedding. Hannah was so responsive and helpful over email, and we loved how flexible and accommodating the service was overall. The taster dinner they organised with lots of other couples was really helpful and fun, and we were so happy with the menu we ended up with. Everyone said the food was delicious and people are still talking about it months later, which makes us very happy! Overall would highly recommend, thank you so much to Hannah and the whole team!

The UpperCrust team were absolutely amazing from the moment they replied to our enquiry. Hannah was always very responsive on emails, and the team were kind enough to organise a private tasting for us when we weren’t able to attend their main tasting event. The food on the day was absolutely delicious, and our guests commented then (and still continue to!) on how tasty the food was and how generous the portion sizes are. They made sure we were happy with our menu, and even were happy to serve a trio of desserts when we couldn’t quite decide!

Our guests can’t stop talking about how good the food was at our wedding! Several of them have said that it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding… and we couldn’t agree more! Everything that Uppercrust made for us (from canapes, to the wedding breakfast, and the evening grazing table) was absolutely delicious and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Hannah was brilliant to work with throughout the planning process and couldn’t have done more to make sure that our menu was right for us. The tasting evening was a brilliant chance to get a sneak peek at the menu and confirmed that we had definitely made the right choice! All of the food used fresh ingredients, was beautifully prepared, and tasted incredible… the trio of desserts was a particular hit! We can’t thank Uppercrust enough for providing such excellent food for our wedding and for being so lovely to work with.

We used Uppercrust Caterers for our wedding at Osmaston Park on 29th June 2024. Leading up to the wedding, Hannah was incredibly responsive, helpful, and approachable, which made the buildup stress-free. On the day, the food was amazing and exactly as I had imagined. Everyone commented on how good the food was—pleasing South Africans with decent meat is no mean feat! What stood out the most was the staff; they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the day special. It truly felt like they wanted to be there. They were very attentive to us as the bride and groom and the bridal party while having photos. In summary they offered great support, quality food and amazing service. I will use again for another celebration and will certainly be recommending them to anyone that will listen!

no words can explain how Helen and all the team at upper crust helped make our wedding day so special. from the moment we arrived at the venue the team was on hand for anything even the the things we didn't even think we needed. nothing was to much trouble, even seemed a pleasure for them to wait on you with a smile. and the food was out of this world, all of our guest was complementary of the meals, and we have some good cooks in our family but they couldn't believe how anyone could get every plate out looking, tasting great and still pipping hot for so many people. i have been to some really nice restaurants in my time and i can honestly say the food, service and the attention to detail was way up there from Helen and the team. at the end of our day it was like all of our guests had made some lovely connections with the team and it literally bringing a tear to my eye writing this and the memory's of how people can be so busy but still be so lovely.
