Delicious mooncakes for our wedding!

Winnie really impressed our guests with her unique flavours of mooncakes! Our wedding was held during the week of mid-autumn festival so we thought it would be a good idea to have some mooncakes as a snack after the main meal. We loved all her flavours during the tasting and ended up ordering 4 for our big day. They went down a treat, and Winnie was able to deliver them fresh on the day without hiccups, highly recommend!

Brought my vision to life with such professionalism!

My now husband and I originally came across Too Much Sugar when we tried one of their Asian afternoon teas and absolutely loved their tea flavour cakes. As Hong Kongers ourselves, I wanted to have a bit of our culture reflected in our wedding cake flavour and I knew Winnie would be the best person for that! Winnie was so professional when it came to communicating back our vision and proposal sketches and made me feel assured that she would be able to deliver with no problem. We ended up with 2 layers of lemon flavour and 1 layer of hojicha flavour and all our guests loved it!

Wonderful Food Catering

Winnie from Too Much Sugar is an amazing chef. We had a corporate event and ordered catering for 85 people. She was very patient and listened to what we wanted. The food was outstanding and everyone loved it. We had Asian canapes, mains and desserts. Winnie is very professional and friendly, punctual and thinks of the little extra things for you. I highly recommend her. She will make your big day extra special.

Delicious food and friendly owner

I ordered from Too Much Sugar for our company’s corporate event. The owner was flexible, offering helpful suggestions and accommodating our needs, and was very responsive to our messages. The food arrived in a timely manner and was beautifully presented. Everything was prepared to a high standard—especially the Matcha Brownie, which was a hit among most people. We even placed an additional order for colleagues to take back to the US.

Beautiful cake and delicious flavors! Highly recommended!

Weddings can be stressful, but we are incredibly grateful to have ordered our cake from TooMuchSugar. They were reliable, easy to communicate with, and delivered a cake that was exactly what we asked for absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Winnie did such an incredible job with my vegan wedding cake and was not phased by my requests. She fully understood the brief and went above and beyond. The cake was absolutely perfect. The best East Asian wedding pastry chef!

I commissioned a wedding cake from TOO MUCH SUGAR. Winnie and team are incredibly talented with capturing the essence of Asian flavours with the best French pastry techniques.

Winnie was responsive and so easy to communicate with. After a lovely tasting and consultation, Winnie whipped up an amazing design for us featuring a cute fondant version of our dog.

On the day, she worked with my wedding planner to have the cake delivered. Despite some difficulties from the venue's end, Winnie remained a true professional and managed to ensure the cake was absolute perfection for the evening. The pandan chiffon and cream was flawless, and we received so many compliments on the cake's design and flavour.

My only regret was not setting aside a bigger portion to enjoy even after the wedding! I wish we had more!
