We are perhaps best known for operating as marquee caterers throughout the wedding service industry. Our Kitchen, known as Coal Yard Kitchen, operates out of The Old Coal Yard in Hambledon and we can be catering for all styles of weddings throughout Surrey. We work with you, our client, to create a wholly personalised day.

Do you have a minimum spend?
We offer packages to suit all types of budgets in our area. Further afield we have a minimum expected budget. We are transparent from the outset.
Do you provide bar service?
Yes, we do. We can handle your drinks for you on the day and 'top and tail' this with the provision of ice, glasshire, bar, staff and garnish for your drinks. Just ask!
Do you provide on the day co-ordination?
Yes, we do. On the day, is based on 1 day advance planning with you where we will pick up the key supplier list, running times detail and any special details. Then we will provide you with your dedicated coordinator who will be onsite from 0930am on the day through to c.10pm or after the first dance.
Do you cater for Vegans?
Absolutely! Chef, Jane Carnall is passionate about Vegan cuisine and we are preferred caterers to WWF (UK) in Woking which means our menu for them has to offer 50% vegan and 50% vegetarian. So yes!
What is included in the average Wedding package?
This is standard: Canapes to kick off. Seated 2 or 3-course menu. (any type) Full-service team. Crockery, cutlery and glassware, linen. Field kitchen. Front of house mgr. Chef team. Late-night hand around food.
What is the most cost efficient DIY catered event you can provide?
Canapes followed by 'Big pan' menus (think Paella, Coq au vin, Thai curry) with the trimmings would probably be the most cost efficient menu to consider.
Are your tastings charged?
Yes, we charge a fee that is included in the agreed price and package. We do not provide tastings unless you have confirmed the booking with us. This is advised from the outset.
Can we visit your kitchen?
Yes, of course. We operate a full production kitchen in Surrey and you are welcome to come and meet with us there by arrangement.
Can we provide our own food for you to handle?
Sadly, no. This is because of the risk factor around food safety and hygiene. You can provide Wedding cake (any type) and of course edible favors.
Do you offer planning packages?
Yes. We have a number. They range from 3 days - 5 days - 14 days. Around the event planning. Onsite coordination and full wedding planning. Get in touch for details.
