Thank you so much for everything on our wedding day and on the build up to our special day.

You have been amazing throughout. From the tasting to the final planning calls, it built such excitement and enjoyment for us. Your patience, abundance of experience and chilled nature made us feel calm and so excited for our day.

The food was simply amazing and our guests cannot stop talking about it. So many have said it's the best wedding food they have had. It was such an important part for us and every part was just perfect. Leftovers the next day was the icing on the cake. Your team were so kind and lovely throughout the day, always smiling, happy and super helpful. Please pass on a massive thankyou to them all.

Hiring all of our cutlery from you guys worked so well, having everything you needed and no hassle involved.

You and your team are amazing at what you do, so thankyou for letting us be a part of it. Cheers to you guys!

Silk Mill, Frome wedding - The best food and the best people

The Vamos Paella team were incredible! During the whole process Chan was so lovely, flexible and considerate to ensure the menu was was we wanted and the day ran smoothly. We had calls with Chan before agreeing to anything and he cared so much about making sure we had exactly what we were looking for. Him and his team went above and beyond on the day, helping with tidying, ensuring water on tables and even cutting our cake. Their service was perfect and the food was unbelievable! The 2 paellas and sides went down a treat, our guests were desperate for seconds. We've had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've had, as well as having the most welcoming staff too. We cannot recommend these guys enough, they are amazing!

100/10 Vamos were incredible!

Our wedding food went down perfectly, with lots of people saying it's the best food they've had at a wedding, asking for seconds!

Chan met with us multiple times before the day, and did a great job of working around our seating plan and catering for allergens. That communication with Chan ahead of the day was fantastic. We were put completely at ease, communication was quick and very efficient, and really took away stress around the planning.

On the day they kept back canapes for us so we didn't miss out during our photos, and the team working the wedding were so lovely, the maitre d was very fun. The leftover paella was a yummy treat to eat the day after too. All in all, we cannot recommend Vamos highly enough, 100/10.

Incredible catering with great communication and flexibility

Chan put us at ease from the get go, he was super friendly and flexible. He helped us navigate a DIY wedding and we knew we were in safe hands! The food was amazing and our wedding day was seamless with his catering team. Thank you to all at Vamos Paella for helping us have the wedding of our dreams.

Phenomenal caterers on every level. Don't question. Just book.

With delicious food, exceptional staff and the most helpful of owners, Vamos Paella is absolutely sensational.

After meeting Chan for a tasting in Brighton, we knew straight away that his company was perfect for catering our wedding. We got married in August 2025, with around 100 guests. Paella seemed like such a good choice, and we weren't wrong as there was something for everyone to enjoy. By serving it in 3 big paella dishes in the middle of the table, guests could tuck in to as much as they wanted of exactly what they wanted, be that seafood, meat or veggie (or all 3!). Wedding food can be a bit dry and 'samey' when cooking for large numbers, but paella offers something unique and delicious! We got so many great reviews for the food, with many commenting it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We completely agreed, but then perhaps we are a little biased about our wedding!

The staff were also brilliant and they went above and beyond to ensure the whole day ran perfectly. They even cleaned up and cleared all our tables away before the night ended which made the clean up the next day a doddle. They didn't need to do that, but the fact is that the whole staff care so much about making your day the best it can possibly be.

If we could sum up Chan and his Vamos Paella team in one phrase we would say "above and beyond". There is no problem when Chan, his Maitre D' Richie, or any of his staff are around. They thought of everything, prepared with us by going through all of the details to ensure everything was as we wanted it to be, and just made the whole day run flawlessly. With Vamos Paella, you're not just hiring someone to make great food, you're hiring an experienced, dedicated team that will do everything they can to make your event perfect.

We honestly couldn't be happier with Chan and his team. We cannot recommend them enough. Chan is the friendliest person you could hope to meet who really cares that your day is everything you hope it will be. We wish him the very best for the future. Hire them. You won't regret it.

Exceeded all expectations with catering that was highly spoke of, by everyone!!!

We hired 'Vamos Paella' for our wedding (08/09/2025) and Chan and his team really exceeded all of our expectations! Our whole wedding party spoke very highly of (and continue to) the table tapas starters, the three options of paella and the patisserie desserts - many have said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding.

We cannot thank Chan and his team enough for their professionalism and perfection leading up to the wedding as well as on the day. We spoke with Chan for many months, prior to the wedding, and always felt he was calm, professional and willing to go above and beyond for us to make sure the menu was tailored to us for our taste and budget. He was the easiest supplier to work with, very fairly priced and we are really keen to book 'Vamos Paella' for future family events.

We hired 'Vamos Paella' at our wedding venue at Preston Court which at the time was an outsourced supplier. However we had a lot of additional positive feedback from the venue too of how wonderful and professional Chan was to work with. I feel they were really keen to work with him again, which is no surprise!

The best wedding food!

We wanted to make sure that we served food that would be remembered by our guests and Vamos Paella certainly ticked that box!
Chan was very easy to communicate with on email and we really enjoyed our tasting event in Brighton. Chan was really flexible with the quote, happy to make changes based on what we hired ourselves and last minute number changes.
All of the food, from canapés to paella and puddings was delicious! We had so many guests telling us how great the food was and it was lovely to watch everyone passing food around the tables, helping guests to mix.
The catering and bar team were professional and friendly throughout and service was very quick. Every member of the team were lovely to speak to during the day and we would highly recommend anyone to book up Vamos Paella!

Excellent caterers!

We had the pleasure of having Vamos Paella cater our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Chan and his team were incredibly helpful during the planning stages and on the day. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The food was amazing and we had lots of compliments from the guests. We’d highly recommend vamos paella!

Highly recommended wedding caterer!

Chan has been a pleasure to work with. We had a wedding do at home in London and wanted hearty and delicious food that could be cooked on site, and it was a huge success. We are very into our food so it was especially important to us. Everyone loved the paella, vegetarians were well catered for, and the whole process was informative and calm and flexible.

Thank you so much! Would definitely go back to Vamos in the future.

Chan and team

Wow, Wow, Wow

Chan was very hands on from initial introduction all the way through to our wedding day and put our mind at ease with his support and guidance.

Vamos catered for 83 guests at our wedding which included canapes, sharing tapas and paella as well as waiting staff throughout the day.

The food was phenomenal and the service of the staff was fantastic. The guests were very complimentary of both and we can't thank Chan and his team enough, they absolutely smashed it!

We'd highly recommend Vamos and would love to use them again!
