We wanted to make sure that we served food that would be remembered by our guests and Vamos Paella certainly ticked that box!
Chan was very easy to communicate with on email and we really enjoyed our tasting event in Brighton. Chan was really flexible with the quote, happy to make changes based on what we hired ourselves and last minute number changes.
All of the food, from canapés to paella and puddings was delicious! We had so many guests telling us how great the food was and it was lovely to watch everyone passing food around the tables, helping guests to mix.
The catering and bar team were professional and friendly throughout and service was very quick. Every member of the team were lovely to speak to during the day and we would highly recommend anyone to book up Vamos Paella! -

Chan has been a pleasure to work with. We had a wedding do at home in London and wanted hearty and delicious food that could be cooked on site, and it was a huge success. We are very into our food so it was especially important to us. Everyone loved the paella, vegetarians were well catered for, and the whole process was informative and calm and flexible.

Wow, Wow, Wow
Chan was very hands on from initial introduction all the way through to our wedding day and put our mind at ease with his support and guidance.
Vamos catered for 83 guests at our wedding which included canapes, sharing tapas and paella as well as waiting staff throughout the day.
The food was phenomenal and the service of the staff was fantastic. The guests were very complimentary of both and we can't thank Chan and his team enough, they absolutely smashed it!
We'd highly recommend Vamos and would love to use them again!

Delicious food and a great team!
Vamos Paella catered our wedding and the food was amazing. Everyone loved the menu and the canapes before dinner.

Vamos Paella catered our wedding in Autumn 2024 at the London Canal Museum.
In the lead up to the wedding Vamos were prompt to reply and thorough in the information that they sent over. Prior to the wedding the meeting with Vamos where we covered what was needed on the day was comprehensive and Vamos were willing to go the extra step to make sure we had everything as we wanted, even if it wasn't quite standard.
On the day the Vamos Paella team arrived in good time and were set up and ready to cook well in advance. The canapes were plentiful and delicious (we especially recommend the Chorizo Sausages). The overwhelming feedback from guests was that they were impressed by how delicious and plentiful the canapes were.
The main meal was served on time and was laid out very quickly around our tables. We were very impressed that all our guests were able to start eating within around 10 mins. The paellas were served in large pans on each table with a selection of salads and bread on the side. Not only were the paellas delicious but the side salads were also excellent in their own right and it really felt like an abundance of food for our guests. Desserts were spectacular, individual tarts that were visually impressive and extremely tasty.
Overall our guests and ourselves were very satisfied with both the food and service. We received many comments from guests about how much they enjoyed the meal.
We were particularly impressed with Chan who was our point of contact in the planning stages, Richie who was a wonderful presence on the day and not only ran a great service but also made sure we were looked after, and Dan who was the chef on the day.
Overall highly recommended.
