The BEST decision! We had an all vegan wedding and struggled for months to find a vendor that would even respond to me. We found Hogless Roast and were invited to visit them at a local market to try their food for free before we booked. Obviously the food is insanely good so we immediately booked with them. They were super easy to book with and were on board with our weird ideas. Not to mention incredibly friendly people and I didn't have to worry about anything. Majority of our guests weren't vegan and consistently moan about vegan food but they all loved it. The best bit was they boxed up all the portions we paid for that weren't eaten at the end of service so that our guests could take it home. AMAZING! -

Hogless Roast catered for over 70 guests at our wedding and we had such glowing reviews from everyone vegan and non-vegan. Still getting messages from friends saying, 'Those tater-tots though!' Dealing with Matt and then Ross was really easy throughout the process. Together we worked out the best service to suit our autumn wedding day and it was pulled off perfectly by the whole team they had hired for the day. Would absolutely recommend. -

100% recommend. We got married in late August in South London and could not imagine a better catering experience than The Hogless Roast and their brilliant team. We are vegan and, in the run-up to the wedding, we had lots of grumbles from non-vegan family and friends about the food that we would be serving. Our guests were stunned at the food and could not stop talking about it on the day and in the months after the wedding; they were so shocked that vegan food could taste so good. The website says "life-changing" burgers, and our guests' experience was certainly transformational. Some guests even asked the team for the secret to the famous hogless burger. As the for team - incredible people! Ross was fantastic throughout: an excellent communicator, super organised, and so friendly. The on-the-day set-up was smooth and the team were so friendly. Ross was able to improvise a dish for a guest whose allergies/food needs had not been clear. -

Ross and the team at The Hogless Roast catered for our wedding this year, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The liaison was really smooth and hassle-free, they made things as easy as possible, liaising with the venue for us so we could completely relax about everything, and all we had to do was choose the delicious food. The team were so lovely, and a real pleasure to have as part of our wedding day - very friendly, helpful, and kind to all our guests. The food was absolutely awesome, completely delicious! So many of our guests commented on it, and a lot for whom vegan food was an uttery alien concept stating it was "the best wedding food ever!" Certainly a lot of minds changed about what they could expect from vegan food, which really made us smile as a vegan couple. And when your guests include some retired animal farmers, an entire fire watch, and a mass of people with multiple different food issues - a huge win full stop! Cannot recommend highly enough, the team and the food were total stars. Just wish we could do it every year! -

Everyone had the best time and couldn't stop talking about the burgers and the very very addictive hash browns. A pleasure to talk to via phone, email and in person. Also v good value for money!! -

Ross and the hogless team were amazing from the get go. we wanted a fully vegan wedding that would impress even the pickiest of meat eaters and that's exactly what they did.
they had some leftover at the end which they boxed up for us, and it was as delicious cold as it was fresh.
everything ran so smooth during food service and we can't fault them at all! -

We booked the Hogless Roast for the evening food at our wedding and it went down wonderfully! Considering the vast majority of the guests were meat eaters, we were a little worried they may not like it, but everybody was highly complimentary (with one guest actually asking them what meat he was eating as he liked it so much, having not read the sign that it was vegan!) - the staff were friendly, the booking process was easy, and the portions were great. Don’t hesitate to book!
