From our first communications to the final clear up, James and Anastasia from Blackberry and Bay made the catering for our wedding a stress free experience. The planning was organised and professional, the tasting was an event in itself and the food was outstanding. We received lots of compliments. They managed multiple dietary preferences and last minute changes with ease. On the day, the whole serving team were lovely and helpful.
Was it value for money?, I don’t actually know, i just wanted excellent food, an easy team to work with and a happy day and they delivered all of this. I would use them again tomorrow.Blackberry & Bay Catering's reply:

Blackberry and Bay were outstanding and really went above and beyond to make our wedding the most special day. We came to them wanting an Italian themed wedding, with a specific starter, in mind. They were not only accommodating but enthusiastic about the challenge! The food was incredible, with many guests saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had and we couldn't have agreed more. The service staff and bar staff sourced were absolutely lovely and professional. They're clean up of the kitchen and tables was incredibly helpful, especially given the dry hire which meant we could just enjoy the day.
I honestly could not recommend more.
We were working with a fairly generous budget, but I definitely feel it was value for money, and we paid for an impeccable standard of service.
I loved their positive attitude and willingness to really want the day to go as well as possible. Fantastic!

We couldn't have asked for a better catering team than Blackberry & Bay. Despite some incredibly challenging weather on the day, James, Anastasia and team delivered the most amazing food and service from start to finish.
The quality of the food was exceptional, and we're still amazed at how they managed to produce such perfect dishes under the circumstances. Every guest commented on how delicious everything was.
The service was equally outstanding. The whole team was professional, friendly and genuinely warm throughout the day, making everyone feel so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble, and their calm, positive attitude helped make our the day feel relaxed and enjoyable.
We're so grateful to the Blackberry & Bay team for making our day so special. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event, and we'll certainly be passing on their details to friends and family. BlackBerry & Bay were delightful to work with
We cannot recommend Blackberry & Bay highly enough following our Valentine’s Day wedding.
From our very first conversation, working with Anastasia and James was an absolute delight. As a married couple, they brought not only expertise but genuine warmth and care to every stage of the process. They collaborated with us to create a delicious three-course, French-inspired menu that celebrated beautiful seasonal ingredients — including pheasant, venison, and Jerusalem artichokes — all prepared and presented exquisitely.
On the day itself, Anastasia worked her magic in the onsite kitchen, while James and his wonderful front-of-house team, including Laurie, transformed our Victorian chapel into a beautifully dressed and inviting space for our wedding breakfast. Returning from cocktails to such a warm welcome and stunning setting was truly special.
The food was exceptional, and so many of our guests commented on the quality, flavour, and presentation of every course. Just as importantly, the service was seamless, professional, and thoughtful throughout.
From the initial discussions to the final moments of the evening, we had complete confidence that we had chosen the right team — and the experience on the day, along with the glowing feedback from our guests, only confirmed that feeling.

We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding! From start to finish, their communication was exceptional – always prompt, clear and accommodating, which made the whole process stress-free. On the tasting and the day itself, the food absolutely blew us away. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Several of our guests have told us it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding – which says it all! The service team was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and professional throughout, making sure everyone was looked after. They also went above and beyond to help on the day, which made the whole day flow seamlessly. We hired Blackberry and Bay Catering for our wedding and they were outstanding from start to finish. All of our guest thought the food was delicious and there was such a variety, not forgetting the attention to detail and care they had with their service.
