Podgers offers a variety of options, from Hog roasts and BBQ to street food served from our vintage French food truck, all guided by the same principle: delivering exceptional quality and unforgettable food.

We pride ourselves on making as much as possible from scratch, using local suppliers. Whether it's crafting homemade Mexican salsas to accompany a locally reared hog roast, curing our own fish for canapes, or hand pressing burgers, our focus is always on wowing you and your guests rather than just feeding.
