Lewis Spencer Dining is based in London, and we offer our services all around the UK and further afield.
Managed by Lewis himself, he draws on his three Michelin star training to provide a bespoke culinary experience for his clients.
Lewis will work with you to create the perfect menu for your special day. We can provide you with canapé receptions, wedding breakfasts, reception dining, and much more. However, a quality dining experience is about more than just the food, we have a fantastic team of servers to facilitate your needs.
We are passionate about creating amazing food with the best ingredients, working closely with organic suppliers and keeping sustainability at the forefront of our minds.
Lewis has spent over a decade Michelin-star restaurants. Working for Gordon Ramsay, Simon Rogan and Daniel Humm to name a few.
As well as working in restaurants, Lewis has used his experience to create fine dining experiences in luxury chalets in the Swiss Alps. He also has extensive experience as a Head Chef for small luxury events.
Typically cooking modern European and British cuisine which is in Lewis’s blood from the years of intense training we are very flexible as we believe your wedding breakfast should be served to match the atmosphere and environment for the day.
Therefore, Lewis will work closely with you to create your perfect menu, whether its created from the cuisine of your favourite holiday destination together, your most memorable dishes you have enjoyed together in restaurants or just simply your favourite foods elevated into the menu of your dreams. Sharing plates, set menus or a more formal dinner, anything is possible.
Any bookings made for weddings in 2021 will receive complimentary canapes when booking a three coure plated meal or more!
