Yes, all our paellas are gluten & nut free. If you or any of your guests have any particular allergies or special dietary requirements, we'll do our best to cater for them individually, so please do let us know.
Yes, our vegetarian paella is also vegan and super tasty too! We use delicious portobello mushrooms, leeks, beans, peppers and of course our excellent saffron and spices.
We serve our food in natural, high-quality biodegradable and compostable palm leaf plates and we provide wooden forks instead of plastic, as well as quality napkins - all included in the price.
If you require alternative crockery options, we can suggest a catering equipment hire company and we’ll be happy to serve in your selected plates or even your own.
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance and we comply with the latest Food Regulations HACCP. All our certificates and documentation can be provided upon request.
Our paella pans vary in size and can cater for a small group of 15 guests to very large parties of over 1000 guests subject to availability.
We operate from our own gazebo and we need an approximate space of 4x4 metres. We need level ground to cook on, concrete or grass are both fine.
We cook our paellas on portable gas burners so we’re completely self-sufficient.
Access to running water can be useful, but not a must. If there isn’t any, just let us know and we’ll bring our own water. We might need electricity just to plug in our lights (for evening events) but if there isn't any, we can bring our battery operated lights.
A deposit of 30% will be required to secure the date. Balance payment won’t be required until two weeks before the event.
We arrive at the venue 3 hours prior to serving time, as we need approximately one hour to unload and set up and two hours to cook the Paellas from scratch.
Duration of serving is approximately 1.5 hours.
After the service, we will need approximately 45 mins - 1 hour to clear up everything and let you continue with the celebration!
