Colombo Street is an award winning Sri Lankan street food business based in the Midlands and have been trading at outdoor catering events from 2018. We bring the most exciting, flavourful, and vibrant Sri Lankan Street food in our Sri Lankan pop art themed, tastefully decorated food truck bringing an explosion of Pan Asian Flavours to any events, it can even double as a backdrop for some great pictures for you and your guests.

We will arrive in good time in order to allow us to site without disrupting your celebration, as well as allowing our chef plenty of time to start

preparing the food ahead of time so your guest won't have to wait too long without compromising the quality of the food and how fresh it will taste.

The fact that we will be cooking whilst serving will add to the ultimate experience of a traditional authentic Sri Lankan meal prepared by our chef is from the very island itself. We also provide authentic flavours whilst accomodating dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and diary free.

In additional to the Kottu that we can prepare for your guests, if you would like them to enjoy a full Sri Lankan street food experience, why not throw in some fragrant Fried Rice, crispy Mutton Rolls, savoury Chicken Rolls, and most important of all, Roti + Condiments that we all know would be the final touch to sharing the ultimate Sri Lankan meal with your love ones.

This will include all the planning and liaising with yourselves to ensure the food we prepare meet your expectation and your guests enjoy the most authentic experience. Alongside with all the logistics cost to source the right ingredients from our trusted suppliers, prepare them in our professional permanent kitchen, store them safely under strict temperature control before transporting everything to your venue. Where it will be prepared and presented by our highly trained chef to you and your guest in a way that will make your special day even more memorable.
