With over ten years of experience, she began her culinary journey in her teens, trained at Bishop Auckland College, and has since appeared on national television, including Steph’s Packed Lunch and Sunday Brunch.

She specialises in bespoke dining experiences, from elegant weddings and intimate celebrations to corporate events and private in-home dining.
