These handheld pastries are a Jamaican favourite! We fill our mini beef or chicken patties with seasoned ground meat and spices baked in a golden flaky shell. Easy to eat and packed with flavour.

Our signature fritters combine savoury salted codfish with the sweetness of mashed plantains, perfectly balanced and fried until crisp and golden brown. A must-try Caribbean appetiser!

Ackee and Saltfish Vol au Vents

Ackee’s buttery texture and saltfish’s savoury saltiness fill these flaky vol au vent shells. Topped with spicy Scotch bonnet peppers for a kick.

Banana Fritters

Ripe bananas seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, then fried in a lightly sweetened batter. Served warm and dripping with rum sauce for dessert.

Jerk Chicken Wings

Chicken wings marinated in our house blend of spicy jerk seasoning with scotch bonnet peppers and jerk smoked for finger-licking Caribbean flavour.

Hot Pepper Shrimp

Plump shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and simmered in a fiery creole sauce made with scotch bonnet, thyme, allspice, and lime juice.

Tender goat meat stewed in a sauce blending aromatic curry powder, garlic, onions, thyme, and scotch bonnet peppers. Slowly simmer until the goat is fall-off-the-bone tender.

Chicken pieces cooked in a flavour-packed sauce made with a homemade Caribbean curry blend, garlic, ginger, onions, and potatoes.

Jerk Chicken

Our famous jerk chicken marinated for 24 hours in our house-made jerk wet rub packing the heat of the islands. Then slowly smoked over pimento wood for authentic jerk flavour.

Oxtail

Fall-off-the-bone tender oxtail braised in a rich gravy with onions, scotch bonnets, thyme, garlic, and butterbeans – the definitive Caribbean comfort food.

Brown Stew Chicken

Chicken gently stewed with carrots, potatoes, and onions in an aromatic creole sauce deeply flavoured with browning for a dark sauce.

Ackee and Saltfish

Jamaica’s national dish! Flaky salted cod with creamy ackee fruit sautéed with onions, spices, Scotch bonnets, and tomatoes.

Callaloo and Saltfish

Savory salted cod and leafy callaloo greens cooked down with coconut milk, onions, garlic, chilli, and thyme.

Vegetable Curry
