We hired the Rolls Royce for our wedding day and what an experience it was. Communication all the way up until the day was fast and professional. Our driver Shak arrived early on the morning at our hotel The Ned and chauffeured my dad and I to our ceremony venue. It was raining and Shak was there to help with an umbrella every step of the way. He then took my husband and I to our reception venue. My husband absolutely loved it! Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

We had booked one of there so called fancy cars! Stretch hummer that they have advertised and very recently removed after complaining and send emails back and forth with very little reply and no help to resolve the situation!
We had booked the hummer for our special day and it had turned up over a hour late, my bride had to walk 10 mins to the car as it was unable to find the bride and brides maid , the driver had no apologies as her dress was ruined from having to walk to the car, when my bride arrived to the car, the driver was incredibly rude and very unprofessional, the car was in terrible condition, the window was cracked, the light fixtures in the hummer was hanging down from the ceiling, it was dirty , the driver had then slammed the door on them and had driven like a complete lunatic, bearing in mind that there was 2 small children inside of the car and 7 other lady’s, and the photographer which had got thrown out of the seat and hurt herself with the way her was driving around corners , when they eventually arrived at the church , just about in one peace, my bride had to open the door herself, due to all of this and being over an hour and 30 minutes late, it had cost a lot of problems and loss of time and money throughout the rest of our wedding day meaning the church ceremony was cut short, we had them arrived late to the reception, the photographer had missed out on a lot of pictures and dinner was then rushed and the evening was shorter on time, also so much more,,
We had then reached out and sent emails to Mr jay, he has not been reasonably at all, very hard to get a reply from him. (still waiting for his email of the final response he said he was going to give over a week ago)
very unprofessional and unhelpful, we have asked for a reasonable refund on half the price we had paid for the service and booking with LTP ( London travel partner) as we had lost out on a lot more than they thinks throughout the whole day , once again I tried being reasonable and spoke to Mr jay and he becomes very patronizing. He it treating this situation as I am going to just forget and get bored and give up but I am very persistent and I will get to the end of this awful experience that they have provided for us.

Couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Excellent service. Driver couldn’t do more for us if he tried. Needed to waste a bit off time to allow guests to arrive at the wedding reception so the driver took us for a drive around the local area. Great value for the money. The car was such a good talking point for the day. Great experience. Let our son sit in the drivers seat for photos. Car was so clean. Excellent time keeping. I would be surprised if anyone could find a more helpful company. They went the extra mile for us.
